          The purpose of these petitions,  is:  so that we may force constitutional intervention, thereby establishing the clear and simple right:   OF AN INVESTIGATION, THE EXAMINATION OF TRUTH (the whole truth and nothing but the truth) AND THREATS BY THEIR REALITY, AND THE DECISION, THAT IS OUR democracy, therefore our decision, "AS WE THE PEOPLE".

          THE PETITION:   OUR EMPLOYEES OF GOVERNMENT MUST OBEY THE LAW, including constitutional redress.

          THE PETITION:  THOSE THREATS WHICH CAN DESTROY OUR VERY EXISTENCE SHALL BE DECIDED BY US;  as a nation, NOT our employees.

 

          There is NO ASSUMPTION or intent;  that you should believe me instead of the others.  BUT THERE IS A REAL DEMAND:  that when "scientists" threaten, and gamble with every living life on earth.  NOT ONLY DO WE DEMAND TO INVESTIGATE, EXAMINE ALL THE FACTS, AND IDENTIFY FOR OURSELVES WHAT IS TRUE OR NOT TRUE;  AS OUR OWN DECISION, our own consequence either way.  The constitution of both this state of IL and this nation USA, DOES demand that this is a right we own, as a democracy entitled to understand:  because this is everything we are.  By our vote then;   they stop, or go ahead as you decide.

This is the appeal of 2011 TR 022442 the demand that redress extends to the jury/ and threats that can exterminate us all, MUST be addressed by the constitutional law that gives us the power to demand NOT only accountability. BUT THE FACT: YOU SHALL NOT GAMBLE WITH OUR LIVES/ NATURE/ OR PLANET. Without our consent as a people. This is a constitutional guarantee/ a legal right that CANNOT be denied: because it is the law; granted by a constitution which governs this nation and state. This is our right to fight for our lives, our nature, and our planet: because WE TRULY ARE THREATENED WITH EXTINCTION. Therefore none, can truly stand in our way. But the reality is, these demands can only be implemented and established for society through the law.  THEREFORE, the constitution is resurrected from the grave, it has been thrown into:   AND "THE LEADERS" OF THIS SOCIETY CONFRONTED WITH :    YOU MUST OBEY OUR LAWS TOO!  Same for all/ everyone EQUAL by the constitution and its true law, designed as that preamble describes: regardless of employee position. "It's a job/ NOT the opportunity to rule.  Democracy means: WE THE PEOPLE do rule here/ by the law we create for ourselves

  

        OUR AUTHORITY TO DEMAND OWNERSHIP OF THIS DEMOCRACY,   "OUR GOVERNMENT"/  is held within the constitutional guarantee called redress of grievances.  IT IS FUNDAMENTALLY OUR RIGHT, as state or nation to determine exactly what that means;   and enforce it upon our employees.  WE ARE THE OWNERS/ they are the employees.  WE HAVE THE POWER CALLED DEMOCRACY, "we the people own this nation, are this government":   and we can enforce that right, it is not only democracy established/ IT IS CONSTITUTIONAL LAW.

          This is a site dedicated to the last trial, in a long series of trials, that did establish:    our employees of government, as is the judiciary and other high ranking officials, ABSOLUTELY REFUSE REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES.  A CONSTITUTIONAL LEGAL RIGHT GUARANTEED TO EACH AND EVERY CITIZEN.   That is an impeachable offense, rebellion against us, and a conspiracy to impede and destroy a foundation of our democracy which is anarchy.

          Read the US SUPREME COURT TRIALS  08-1339  11-100  & the last formal supreme court document filed  extra-ordinary writ 2023.   You WILL then see, that this is not a game.  The promise or possibility of an appeal, that is "useful, to democracy" is valid.    The traffic case is irrelevant/ the appeal is not:  as all the foundations  now exist, to expand this into constitutional law.

          As to the current traffic court case/ having proven in every court throughout this state and this federal government court system:   that it is indeed a true conspiracy to deny redress of grievances.  The court system both state and federal have denied me access to any other courtroom, but as a defendant.  This traffic case is then the last courtroom, and this  potential appeal,  the last time I will give you the opportunity to enter a courtroom with me.  As we the people, searching  for and demanding our inheritance;   "a true democracy".  Your choice/ fail to petition, and it stops. 

          There is a legal demand upon the IRS both state and nation:    TO PROVIDE ME WITH THIS CONSTITUTIONAL LAW FIRST/ or I don't pay, because I am owed my constitutional right, my deliberate guarantee from both state and nation:   which I am refused.  IT IS A CONTRACT with our employees, that they failed to produce.   By oath: That is treason.  By the demand repeatedly refused:  conspiracy/ rebellion against we the people/ and more is established, as true.

Therefore the question is raised, "TO YOU, the people of this democracy":   DO YOU demand a literal hearing/ a specific demand, established in appeals; by which we the people CAN IN FACT, open the door to redress of grievances in a courtroom of law, and prove "WE ARE THE OWNERS HERE"?    Do you DEMAND: NO GAMBLING WITH LIFE OR PLANET/ unless we the people agree?

THIS IS NOW A SITE, that fundamentally challenges you: with one simple question. WILL YOU, or will you not, work for the survival of life first, NO extreme (whole planet all its nature can die) GAMBLING: on this earth?
Threats are revealed, reality is plain and simple: without change we die, because that is the truth applied by the evidence of our time. No second chances, no more excuses: either we save ourselves from catastrophe and chaos; or we inherit the reality of what has already been chosen: extermination of the planet. It is that simple, not because I desire it to be: truth demands, this is just our reality. No turning away, the whole planet is threatened/ none will survive.
Some will immediately run away and hide/ some will immediately hate even the possibility of what this site says: but that won't change a single truth, or its result. Some will want "anything else". Some will demand, "kill him"/ then this will go away: but that is a lie, reality and truth do not go away anymore than you can scare away, a hurricane just because you don't like it; a few will try anyway. A realistic expectation is; "some" will work, because they know it is important, and life itself requires our involvement; it is a choice; I personally regard these workers, as the biblical "144,000".

What is not a choice is: fail to correct these threats immediately, or you die as a planet: so says the evidence, by its truth. Either you do what needs to be done, for life first/ or you fail, and reap your reward. That is your choice. Your judgment shall be: according to the change you create, or desire in truth that you live and work for in the future: to create, & work for love, hope, truth, peace, harmony, respect, and discipline (because we must). Eternity will remember you/ one way or the other. Fear is abandonment of life, for self: eternity will remember that too.

You now see two separate cases: one to prove constitutional authority/ and one to prove "YOU SHALL NOT gamble with our lives".    This second is yours to prosecute;   BECAUSE IT IS AN IMMEDIATE NEED!

The petition:   FOR REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES/ OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT.   Shall be given 6 months to collect signatures/ but bear in mind, even one second too late for such things as bringing the same fire as is on the sun here to earth, OR a mutilation that infects us all: means we are all dead.  So I do encourage you all: "to hurry". 

 IF realistic cause by signature is established;  to start and establish this appeal, by the first part of may.  THEN,  It will go forward.   BUT;  If not, the entire process of legal participation as WE THE PEOPLE, will disappear.   It is up to you, simple and plain.  Do you want redress to establish WE THE PEOPLE ARE OWNERS HERE/ or do you not?   It is a choice, and there are no excuses;   it is your choice, and you will enforce it by choosing to either buy/ demand:  media time, ETC/ ETC/ ETC.

YOU WILL PROVE,      BY DOING, what you can do to establish constitutional law you have been denied;   or it dies, and perhaps you with it.  Do read, THE SITES provided;  and their CASES as this will contribute to your understanding of law & primary threats.

The distinction of this work is:   that as of this date,

 April 12, 2012  every single courtroom level, from traffic court through every appellate court, including both the state and federal supreme courts (as in 3 US supreme court separate cases; two dismissed illegally, one refused without cause).  The absolute denial of first amendment law/ and fifth amendment guarantees as is the state constitution of IL; have been proven without doubt a conspiracy to deny.A judiciary in open rebellion to our law, our guaranteed constitutional right!

 Redress is our right of ownership/ our authority as a democracy/ and our rule of law over society and our employees as determined by ourselves.  It is, the demand for accountability and the purpose that is democratic authority: WE THE PEOPLE, SHALL HAVE "THE LAST SAY", as to what is or is not the interpretation and governance of our state and nation!  The law, we give, or gave to ourselves.

Is divided into 3 parts, due to the fact that this is traffic court:   instead of a more substantial opportunity, to detail the substance of this matter.  First part: exhibiting threats.   Is twenty pages long/ with large 17 x11 "witnesses" attached.

THIS IS, "the first part"

 

The exhibits here, represent the foundation argument in this case which is:   

I am accused, "by these employees of government":   of threatening the public, and you are called here as a jury to investigate the facts/ examine the evidence/ and decide who or what you believe is fair.  Whether you believe going through a stop sign at one mile per hour or so (not a full and complete stop); without incident or concern.  Is substantive enough for their demand $120.00 fine/ plus whatever court costs this court will add.

 

I,  being the defendant argue: the employees of government which accuse me of threatening the public/ ARE IN FACT, the clear perpetrators of an absolute injustice against me and the American public; even the world.  By threatening our very existence.  And that in and of itself describes a situation which proves, I owe nothing by comparison of these facts.

 

  My demand is: 

" the US constitutional law/ FIRST AMENDMENT redress of grievances;   the IL state constitutional fifth guarantee to its citizens of redress of grievances,   MUST BE legally UPHELD." : to prove and provide:  you have a right to decide for yourselves.  IF THESE THREATS are too much to allow/ therefore all necessary work and efforts shall be taken by the court: TO STOP the progression of these threats/ these employee failures;   UNTIL WE THE PEOPLE, have had our opportunity to decide.  If they may indeed be done.

 

 Thereby, if agreed WE MUST investigate and find the truth: then the county/ state/ nation/ and even world must and WILL be called to REDRESS.  The demand for accountability and truth:   OUR RIGHT, TO LEGALLY investigate/ examine the facts/ and decide if these employees have acted in good faith or by criminal actions as a terrorist against our lives.  OR MORE SIMPLY:   WE THE PEOPLE SHALL BE THE JURY, that decides.

Better explanations are not necessary.  What you need to understand is: "changing the foundations upon which time depends (the rhythms, rotation, or atomic environment)"/ changes the universe itself.  Time depends upon the boundaries, rhythms, and balance that is constant in atomic environments: TO REMAIN STABLE.  Anything past stable proves the laws which govern time can be broken.

YOU WILLING TO BET YOUR LIFE, YOUR CHILD, YOUR FUTURE, YOUR ENVIRONMENT, YOUR EVERYTHING/ YOUR PLANET (the universe exploded/ and this IS, what they are trying to recreate; by their own words) :    ON THE RESULT?  They are betting exactly that, and the machine is now running.

            The very simplest minds in the universe CAN understand the next few simple statements.
The, "extra special smart people (THE UNIVERSITY DIPLOMA (we are smarter than you), the politician, etc)" CANNOT.  THEY MUST be told/ they must be forced to listen, because their arrogance has made them insane.

SIMPLE IS:
                  WE DON’T want the same fire as is on the sun, here on earth/ WE CANNOT put that flame out!   These people gamble and intend, “to prove their theory, not enough gravity here, to sustain it”.  However;  when proven wrong/ we are dead.  
The very simplest minds in the universe CAN understand:  WE DON’T want the same situation or energies that caused the destruction of an entire universe in its previous state: brought here to this planet.  Risking the same event here.   These people cannot, or more correctly refuse to understand.  They have reborn themselves, in fantasy and delusions so extreme: they say all the mass in this universe today, CAME from a point in space no bigger than a needle.  Rather the evidence is without doubt: that the mass already existed as “the entire whole of it”.  Because without the mass already in place, the energy to create such an explosion as clearly did exist, SIMPLY COULD NOT have occurred.  Who then do you believe/ think for yourself?
In the “big bang”: Without an atomic “chainsaw” to destroy the links of atomic structure,  weakening the whole prior to its explosion.  That explosion could only otherwise propagate through the entire structure in time ( a sustained explosion, traveling from point a, to point b): as opposed to an instantaneous eruption (all agree), of the whole, as is the truth.  Therefore something preceded that explosion.

If we let people intentionally gamble & potentially DESTROY our lives, and our world:   then YOU,  are responsible  as well!  It’s the choice you made.  Or there must be a decision to stop it, or at least investigate it first, BEFORE ITS TOO LATE.  Carried out for the sake of life, rather than pride! The utter insanity; “We will be gods”/ AIN’T investigating; its fantasy! Examine the truth about what happens, when they are proven to be WRONG.  THERE IS NO GOING BACK!  Like every gambler: they say “I can’t lose/ I will gamble it all”.  With rare exception that turns out to be: you lost everything instead.

There is no right to threaten or gamble with WE THE PEOPLE in any sense or purpose, design, or possibility. That includes weapons of mass destruction. I DO NOT PAY OR INTEND TO PAY, THOSE WHO THREATEN THIS ENTIRE WORLD, and me; WITH EXTERMINATION.
 The proof:  A reality of rebellion against us all, as identified by lawsuit after lawsuit denied without cause! This is a counter-suit case, taking the declaration of our “employees”/ as does form a government:   that my tiny infraction of a traffic rule, as is common practice across all of rural america:  which threatened no life/ risked no property/ and is proven by my own driving history, critically without cause to believe it would.
The same CANNOT be said of the employees throughout government in this state or this USA.  Rather greed consumes them, justice fails everyone, the extreme threats:  of mutilating DNA as is the reality of genetics; NATURE IS GENETICS, the reality of how every single body of life is built.  Just what would you allow some other person to play god with (make decisions without you)/ over your body?  Take out your liver maybe/ disconnect your arms and legs/ let your heart fall into your stomach?  What, would you be better off with if some “damn monkey” were given the keys, to change life on this earth forever: because that is literally what they are doing. 
Therefore I say to you: they threaten me, and you.  And my tiny infraction means nothing.
These employees risk our entire planet with fusion, through the national ignition facility; which as its name implies has a purpose that includes bringing fusion here to this earth.  Fusion is the burning of atomic bonds/ which means everything here is fuel; CANNOT be put out.  The extra special smart people say:   “It will put itself out, because there isn’t enough gravity here to sustain it”: so it’s a worthless experiment! Or a lie, and they are simple terrorists intent upon killing us all/ because they want to play god, that badly.  HOWEVER when they are proven wrong, the entire atmosphere is ejected in less than one month, and we stand in a lake of fire, as death on earth.  How is that, worth the risk!
The history of our planet proves Noah’s flood did exist: BECAUSE there is absolutely no other method by which all the gas, oil, and coal could exist at the depths and in the concentrations that have been proven true: without that flood.  But hidden from your view, refused by the media:  by the university diplomas; that want your mind, to be controlled by them: isn’t it true?  There are debts beyond all possibility of payment; which means it is literally inflation, but hidden, so the few gain all the numbers, and the rest become slaves.  Current claim is 1226 billionaires in the US/ can you not see the truth in this reality?  Add in, Every 1 trillion dollars equals 308 million citizens, “babies and all”: owe, $3246.75. The media reports ONLY the federal debts/ and that does not even include social security: together as of last summer, by the federal reserve reporting site: we owe as a nation $120 trillion dollars! Go ahead, collect from your infant/ ain’t that so?  Which means our employees have been LYING / CHEATING/ AND STEALING from us all; using/ abusing/ and planning our extinction, because they don’t want to pay the price, or deny themselves anything.  Their answer is: fantasy and delusion/ propaganda and fools.

This is a case about the rights and realities of democracy itself/ versus the rules, that give power over us, “to rulers”.  Not the end of rules, the understanding of life, governed as a society by the liberty (our choice)/ that we choose to inflict upon ourselves. Not a game. Expanded beyond a traffic violation/ because of necessity; a last chance to intervene for the sake of life on earth. So says the evidence of our reality.        This is a personal decision, to provide one last chance for a random selection of jurors: to make a choice that is beyond simply wanting something/ by acting or choosing to make a difference for society itself.  This is the last attempt for me, to help you recognize, what you must understand; before true crisis comes/ before the point of no return is past, for life on this earth. The answer is law, the reality is you!  Or more simply, you must save yourselves, with the law.   This is a description of what is real, but as yet unseen in terms of critical threats against us, that will heavily impact ALL our lives/ and our world, unless we do make the changes that are necessary today.  This is not “believe what I say”/ this is asking to investigate the evidence that is fundamentally proven, a threat to our lives, our society, and our future.  To be wrong, is to be dead; with many of these threats.  To choose ignorance instead of defending life, is cowardice.  To hide or run away from our reality, instead of face the truth; because the world itself is in jeopardy:    is insane.   We cannot go back/ we must make better decisions: DON’T GAMBLE.
This is an insignificant case, about a tiny infraction of the law, that serves to prove: power takes away freedom.  Democracy without justice, becomes a lie.  And rules without the foundations necessary to prove restraint, are nothing more than the failure of any society.  Because the people refuse to rule themselves.  They give their responsibility to rules, “I don’t want to work or listen or think” / they give their freedom to rulers, “to make me safe, with a gun, or a force to inflict damage”.  They give their decisions to politicians, saying “make me happy”.  They give their future to a university, saying “I will believe, make me a god too/ take away all my pain”. Or more simply: the threat of horrendous things (WEAPONS), that have come from the universities; HAVE made you fear them, and capitulate your own authority to appease, their thirst for power and greed..
Thereby the courts throughout this state and federal system, have refused constitutional law.  Thereby the university threatens us with the mutilation of all life on earth (nature is genetics)/ by bringing the same fire as is on the sun here to this planet (where everything is fuel for that fire, including rocks, water, etc).  Thereby we are bankrupt both state and nation.  Thereby instead of world law, and making the rulers obey: we are at war, as a nation there are more threats of war, over nuclear weapons; which CAN ESCALATE beyond anything expected.  Thereby a tiny infraction of a rule can result in absolute injustice: because it gives no allowance for the reality and disparity of income/ making what is a tremendous penalty for some, nothing more than a slight irritation for others.  Thereby the police consider themselves to be “a separate force, an army against; that must protect themselves first; rather than let the law decide.  Because the law of men and politicians, even a jury; can be unfair”.  The reality of power is, “corrupting”.  The consequence is anger and hate.
 Thereby the question arises: if freedom were valued/ if life itself was respected rather than the money.  WHAT then would we the people do? If they understood fear is not an option?
The answer is: we the people would investigate our truth/ examine our reality/ search within ourselves for responsible answers/ and create a new and different world, within which all these threats, & all these tragedies coming would be mediated.  The answer is:  through redress of grievances, as is the foundation of our government in this United States of America.  The preamble to that document declares a right, and establishes our ownership: To choose for ourselves.
“United” has a meaning;   “Look it up”.  Justice is a cause, that literally knows not, what power means.  Rather justice searches for value, establishes respect, and identifies the truth first, before all other decisions can be made.  Life, truth, and justice;  are the purpose of this trial!

The composition and content of this trial: the difference between rules and rulers/ versus the reality and truth of what freedom and democracy means, for us all.
From the least to the greatest, your leaders have failed us all.  This is your chance to choose better for yourselves, allowing the constitution, life, and nation:  the respect “we the people” are due!
In addition: the clear intent is, that this earth & this nature/ this life for us all;  shall be given the respect it deserves as well.

While all the information, and intent of reproduction is expected to be the exact same,  within each and every notebook as filed in this court.  With the addition of an opening page/ with “jury questions” and its “ad”.  There is a slight difference in index dividers, as there were not enough of any particular style to finish out fifteen books.  Consequently there are three kinds used/ those with only five tabs, begin the writing, with its initiating cause.

It is noted and explained: that all levels of the court in both the state of IL, and the nation called USA have been tested with regards to redress of grievances: “a guaranteed right, and LAW of both the state and this nation.  ALL courts/ ALL judiciary/ and ALL lawyers and police, including the supreme court of IL and the United States have refused REDRESS as their law.  Which is treason/ open rebellion/ and the reality of anarchy against us.
That leaves the reality of OUR CONSTITUTIONAL LAW, up to you.  That requires of this jury, to understand: the only path left for attaining our true democracy: the law called redress;  that stipulates we are the owners here:  as WE THE PEOPLE.  Is up to you. 
Even if you choose for redress, a law that has no case file/ because no  courtroom has NEVER honored it.  The reality is: this court is likely to overturn your decision/ the reason does not matter, some damn rule will suffice.  And the public media will NOT honor this nation, because it disrupts their power, their pride and propaganda establishing control.   But you are free, “to try” for the sake of the nation.  You are duty bound, by the truth of what it means to stand up for us all/ “like a soldier”, whether the price is everything, or next to nothing: the demand to arise and do what you can do, is here placed on you.

I have decided to remain silent in court, as that eliminates the fundamental of buying a transcript of the trial at a later date for web purposes on the site www.trialoflife.info; unless trial is complicated with particularly disrespectful actions by the court or its attorney.  From the merriam/ webster dictionary tenth edition/ because legal dictionaries do not list a meaning: thereby those in power intend to control, by avoidance/ what can or cannot be discussed regarding the first amendment of the US constitution/ fifth amendment of the IL constitution/ by excluding it from their vocabulary. An illegal act in absolute defiance of the constitution itself.

   the definition of redress is given to be: 1 to set right: remedy.  2 to make up for; compensate:   b.  To remove the cause of (a grievance or complaint).  c.  To exact reparation for ;  avenge.   Or archaic; to requite a person for a wrong or loss.
And again   redress is given to be: 1 a; relief from distress b; means or possibility of seeking a remedy (without ~ ) 2: compensation for a wrong or loss: reparation   3 a: an act of instance of redressing   b; RETRIBUTION, CORRECTION. 

From the legal dictionary:   grievances is given to be:   one’s allegation that something imposes an illegal obligation or burden, or denies some equitable or legal right, or causes injustice.
Under 137 P.400, 402   an employee may be entitled by a collective bargaining agreement to seek relief through a particular series of steps called a grievance procedure.

So then we take these two definitions: and apply them to the standard set by the US constitution in the first amendment: which is written,   “....or, the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances”.

BECAUSE THE US CONSTITUTION, is a document dedicated to the legal rights of all citizens in this nation.   WE KNOW, that this law of redress in the first amendment is a legal right, and NOT a political one!   The entire document is generated as our agreement as a nation with ourselves as a democracy called we the people/ thereby as we are the rulers here.  This document sets out the boundaries between employees (those hired to do the everyday work of governing), and the owners called we the people.   Or more simply: we have distinct rights provided to each and every citizen/ which our primary employees are sworn to obey, and understand as, the restrictions placed upon their authority over us.

By constitutional grant then, OUR RIGHT to redress (the remedies to our distress/ the correction of what is wrong by legal examination and jury trial): is held within these particular steps of procedure as outlined in the amendment itself.  We are united as our own government, as this people:  rather than employees shall rule over us.  But it is the law by which we rule ourselves, that makes this possible: all parties remaining equal, through law.   President or homeless, the same; in terms of life.  Because this constitutional redress gives us the right to hold our employees accountable; by their oath, and our authority.  NO OTHER RULE APPLIES/ NO JUDGE OR OFFICIAL is sovereign or immune; because this is constitutional law.  This is our government to decide//////!

Therefore we must assemble ourselves peaceably.  There is no other, and no greater method for doing this as a procedure in law: than the creation of a jury, and subsequent juries to establish a legal right of ownership, “the common cause of the people” in a state.  Then the assembling of all the people, in a nation:  by additional juries voting on the same grievance, throughout the states.   Adding to the grievance so stated thereto, if they so desire:   for the purpose of identifying what is indeed wrong/ that brings the majority (assembled by jury) to this purpose called redress trial.  The injustice must be plain and simple:   CLEARLY, we the people do sufficiently understand why we want “the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth” from our employees.  As would be created in trial of our employees, the accounting of our reality: and what these have or have not done.

 

We now come to the legal meaning of “petition”:   it is “a formal written request or prayer for a certain thing to be done” in and through a court of law.  Which adds in: THERE SHALL be penalties for those who lie.
The lesser laws of procedure, that do NOT control constitutional law, but are provided for their own influences over the court begin as 104 S.W.  1009, 1010.  As it regards the equity to which we are entitled as owners in this complaint.  The formal complaint for judicial action established here is influenced by 110 S.E.  2d  909, 911.  Altered because redress is formally pronounced through the juries involved:   as “all of us”/ demanding trial, and relief from those who have injured and caused great harm.

So then we have established so far:   that REDRESS trial is warranted, IF THE JURY SO DEMANDS (by majority vote)/ under constitutional authority.   This against our employees, or their rules, behaviors, decisions, and expectation of authority over us.  A true accounting:  As IS created by the US  constitutional law.  As is the first amendment USA;  and the fifth amendment of the IL constitution. A guarantee to each and every citizen: the right to demand; investigate: and, we shall know the truth! That this then calls for, steps to be taken, is fair.   In accordance,  we the people, through the failure, theft, and threats so apparent in this day: or I, have assembled a legal petition, in this court:  presentable to multiple juries.  Who shall:  Deciding on their own, if they do agree,  as a majority representative of this people.  That  we MUST investigate and examine the evidence against our employees who do act, in our stead, for the purpose of OUR GOVERNMENT.  The decision:   is this the society WE PAID FOR/ the nation we agreed to establish/ the justice we demanded/ the RESPECT established by fair play and equal treatment:    OR NOT.  The decision extended:   is this the future, to be expected/ will the children survive, or not.   What we demand/ want/ or desire: is the authority of ownership/ it is not the authority of employees: they are hired, to do a specific job?  As best we can/ means to understand the truth: even if reality refuses, to fully acknowledge it, at this time.  The foundation of law is truth: THAT MEANS, it is the truth that must rule society, for liberty, freedom, and justice to be known. The truth of freedom is accomplished by determining WHAT it is, that allows you to intervene in my life.  Liberty is the expression of all of us/ NOT the rules of a few over us.  Justice is the experience, that expresses an EQUAL punishment, OR opportunity;  on, or for us all.  The understanding, in a perfect world/ we do not live: therefore knowledge and wisdom are essential to peace and harmony.

We the people:   are the government/ therefore this petition to determine the limits and boundaries of freedom as a society: removing those who demand they rule us/  in favor of liberty.  Is established by jury vote, to determine if the substance of a cause that reaches us, as a majority exists.  If so, then in each judicial district: past the first, the state is assembled to determine if this petition  goes further.  The question of redress is:   Honored and respected as we, the owners of this nation;  called WE THE PEOPLE: when we understand our own truth.  The essential element of democracy:   means Redress is their (jury) decision/ not mine.

  But it is my legally guaranteed constitutional right to ask of them, by jury:   DO YOU AGREE, THAT WE MUST INVESTIGATE, AND TAKE CONTROL OVER OUR OWN GOVERNMENT, either state or nation.  Establishing authority over our employees/ by their sworn oath, to protect/ defend/ obey/ and respect the constitution of this state, and this nation.  Defining freedom, liberty, justice, and more, for ourselves!  Because we know, that the evidence shall prove:   lies/ cheating/ stealing/ extreme threats/ failure/ foolishness/ the assassination of every future life exists as a possibility:  and more abound.

 As a people, the constitution grants:  Who shall then enforce our will, and our petition as citizens demanding this injustice or any CHANGE we demand, this duty/ this honor/ and this respect for a nation: shall be done, under constitutional law?  The answer is, the constitution grants to each and every citizen that he or she may stand up for the nation, and bring their grievance to court: so that we the people can then decide.
It then becomes debenture within the court: by proving we own this state and this nation/ WE, are the primary creditors, we are the holders of primary securities:   16 N.E.  2d 352.   UPON THE COURT/ THE JUDICIARY; there is then the right to protect ourselves/ limit borrowing by the employees who represent us; and all means necessary to protect OURSELVES, our possessions, our future, our nation, our world, and these children.  In this legal matter! Because we are a democracy, and that means we rule ourselves, by the law we create and enforce upon ourselves.  No rulers, allowed/ all are the same, every life equal.  Its just a different job. 

These steps are completed, when the basic challenge of identifying what the grievance is: as shall be listed, and/ or enlarged by those juries who shall have their own say.  The purpose here is to determine whether an “official redress trial, the jury chosen,  by lottery/ shall be called”: among those who say, I will fight for this democracy.  The question:   to establish OUR/ MY PETITION as we the people, demanding accountability and truth: among those employed/ by those  WHO OWN THE RIGHT OF DEMOCRACY to decide:  within the court, as a state or nation, we the people are the law, in redress: under constitutional rule. 
What we decide,  the limits and boundaries of freedom ought to be.  What we decide,  the true responsibilities of the police and judiciary are: in authority over the people themselves?  Is our law.  This petition then  calls for an accounting of the employees in government, and subsequently demands the truth by investigation: as to what has happened, in our state and nation, to establish redress:   or what will happen in our immediate, near, or long term future from these failures/ as best we can. The reality being:   Because of what our employees have or have not done.

This trial is about freedom, the elemental path of an individual life, in this society.  This trial is about democracy (we shall take the liberty to decide as owners here/ & not be subjected to those who claim to be our rulers.  Rather we rule ourselves, by law we create as a society/ NOT as rulers make for us).  This trial is about justice, fair play, equality of treatment, fundamental constitutional rights: and the foundations of democracy itself:   thereby a single jury cannot establish its own interpretations over we the people.  But must present the critical aspects of our lives, in this petition as a society united: by the presentation of “jury rule”/  to the people themselves. 
This jury CANNOT decide the fundamental limits and boundaries of freedom for this whole democracy/ nor do they have the authority to tell the employees of government what they can or cannot do.  HOWEVER AS REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES is established, through the judicial districts vote among the people themselves:   thenWE THE PEOPLE, as the true owners of this nation and this state assembled in legal DUE PROCESS, conceived by the evidence, and determined by our own vote.  Does establish REDRESS!  Not only can we do these things for ourselves/ it is our duty and responsibility as owners here.  As a democracy called WE THE PEOPLE/    NOT, what“them the rulers over us, demand”.  But as we the people decide for ourselves!

       Therefore the primary remedy for this “stop sign case” is:   THE DEMAND FOR LIMITS AND BOUNDARIES AS FREEDOM APPLIES to us all. The assessment of penalties to each and everyone AS DEMOCRACY ESTABLISHES IN JUSTICE AND FAIR PLAY: equal or same regardless of position or money.  That becomes established by: the assignment of redress, and consequent assembly of the people, in determining WHERE TRUE AUTHORITY in freedom and liberty EXISTS.  That all  may know, in  these matters of freedom and democracy: what our own authority as owners shall define.  REDRESS: ESTABLISHED, FOR DEMOCRACY IS:    for their own decision, AS WE THE PEOPLE.  Therefrom creating DEMOCRACY by its own  truth; becomes the opportunity for all who would desire to participate in a true REDRESS TRIAL, shall have their chance.  As critical participants, and real owners in this democracy:   the jury first through a lottery drawing, before all the people.  Then all the people by individual vote for themselves, as a nation to establish OUR OWN LAW.  NOT a vote for someone to vote for me/ my own vote for the law itself.   We will then,  determine what the limits and boundaries of JUSTICE & FAIR PLAY are.  We the people will explain what EQUAL treatment under the law shall be.   We will become the OWNERS:  as defined by democracy,  in this state and/ or nation as the truth found.  Democracy, BY WE THE PEOPLE.  Rather than those who insist they can rule us instead.  We will prove, who the employees are.

This petition lists these complaints, as a beginning of redress, either state and or nation.  Or as any redress jury itself:   decides, to add thereto/ a grievance of the people, all the people, deserves to be heard.  A subsequent jury cannot take away the originating cause of a petition, but it may add its own concerns by majority vote; or deny it as a whole.

1.  the battleground between freedom (my right to choose/ and NOT be interfered with as an individual. BEGINS WITH THIS DESCRIPTION:   When NO THREAT exists/ NO risk to property or environment can be found/ and NO direct interference with another is eminent, or substantially limits their own freedoms or need be secured in their own right. THEN I HAVE A RIGHT, TO DECIDE FOR MYSELF. ESTABLISHED AS WELL IS: our definition of liberty:  the right of the people to choose for themselves by informed and educated vote (that now being possible through mass communications) BECOMES democracy in action.  More simply we own this state and nation/ WE DECIDE for ourselves.    The question:  To govern ourselves or to be governed by the few:    the reality of being ruled, by those who simply decide that we must obey their “exact description of behavior/ what I must or must not do, IN MINUTE DETAIL:   or be subject to their punishment” as my or our ruler.  As is consistent with this the reality of this ticket.   Is the penalty and interference in a life that clearly demonstrates “no threat/ no risk/ no direct interference in any other life”,  consistent  with the penalty or, BY THE DEFINITIONS OF freedom in THIS DEMOCRACY.  That question permeates this trial , therefore redress is the demand.

2.  The foundation of fundamental rights, as have been guaranteed to me by the constitution of both state and nation: AS IS FREEDOM/ AS IS DEMOCRACY THROUGH THE VOTE OF WE THE PEOPLE.  Does have distinct rights, in a courtroom of law.  However those rights, limits, and boundaries particularly on the side of our employees who now believe they are rulers instead of employees: MUST BE REDEFINED, for us all. The  consequence of substantial punishment against me;  for an infraction of a rule,   DOES establish that cause/ as the difference between a police state, and freedom itself.
Particularly in connection with this commonly done practice, throughout the community, and county on a daily basis.  The determination of FAIR PLAY, EQUITY OF PUNISHMENT, AND CRITICAL JUSTICE; as identified by those incidents described.  Establishes a right to critically examine the truth of what these rules/ these laws that assume superiority over WE THE PEOPLE, can or do mean.  Democracy itself establishes OUR RIGHT to govern our employees, and punish as necessary: by ruling ourselves through redress and constitutional law.  That right is hereby petitioned legally as the guarantee of both state and nation constitutions:   called REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES.  To make the employees reveal the truth about what our reality is, was, or shall be.  As best we can.
A constitutional law MEANS:   THESE EMPLOYEES OF(not, “as”) GOVERNMENT, regardless who they are, which includes the US supreme court:   CANNOT interfere!  Democracy is WE THE PEOPLE/ not them the nine people, OR any other,  who demands to rule us all.
Democracy IS WE,   THE PEOPLE:    OURSELVES!
  This is our law/ this is our democracy/ this is our right to vote for ourselves and determine what we the owners demand.  This is my right to assemble the people in legal position/ to take control of their government: IF they so desire.   Therefrom establishing the choice called LIBERTY:  and changing that government, OUR LAWS, or whatever it is that this democracy itself, through the constitution and its base translation of rights and freedoms, as a people:  therein allow.

 As is consistent with,  the preamble of the US constitution itself:   the duties and responsibilities we owe ourselves, AS A NATION:  are then these.

“We, the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquillity, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America”.

The constitution also speaks to the duties and responsibilities to us, THAT WE REQUIRE of our employees: does follow in the constitution.   As the laws/ freedoms/ rights/ and liberties of the people, our employees MUST SWEAR TO AFFIRM/ OBEY/ PROTECT/ RESPECT/ AND HONOR in their work, and their lives.  TO DO FOR US, as we the people chose:  through this our agreement between & for ourselves, to unite as:   “This nation, and this state SHALL be, in democracy”.  Or face criminal prosecution for treason, if necessary.

3.  The fundamentals of policing and judicial behavior, then come directly into view.  Particularly as the evidence presented in previous trials “James F. Osterbur vs state or nation” demanding redress of grievances.
As a foundation established:  for review, of our judicial/ legal realities by WE THE OWNERS of our democracy!  To determine if our employees DO OBEY THE LAW, that we have imposed upon them by constitution and oath!  Therein the critical restraint of law and evidence is to be examined/  and the  proof of ownership that allows us to declare for ourselves: we are a democracy.  Investigates   WHAT CAN OR CANNOT be done specifically here:  by the police, the politician, or the judiciary/ according to our law.  We are “the judge”!

  This petition then  Falls distinctly within the parameters of REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES, as defined by the people themselves/ not only those who wrote and signed the documents founding this nation: but the people who accepted these terms as our nation, our government over ourselves.   We begin the investigation of practice and reality through the cases presented by James F. Osterbur with regard to the judiciary/ but by no means are limited thereto.   The cases of a police state (we are the law/ you are nothing): as have  presented themselves in this area of the state:   as “highly suspicious” of police authority. Therefore MUST be examined for proof of substance, the right, by any individual claiming “police protection”/ as to the need for this violence; by those presenting overwhelming force.  The further evidence of collusion, establishing corruption and conspiracy to deny the rights and freedoms and protections clearly developed under DUE PROCESS: must be met as honorable “judicial or police discretion”.  Must be identified .  The failure to prove, necessary or as best you could in defense of this society/ does conceive or establish at a minimum:  circumstantial evidence of criminal intent, by the police, and by the investigating committees involved: the judiciary itself.  Thereby penalties shall be involved.  The minimum being: loss of job.
And in addition to these: The recent act of congress/ senate/ and the president [S: 1867]:  in completely disavowing constitutional law, by subjecting the people themselves to incarceration without representation or trial, AS DOES REDUCE OUR NATION to a police state/ without the control of the people.  IS A clear act of treason.   That MUST BE MET with constitutional authority, amendments 4,5, 6, and 7.    The reality of ownership called DEMOCRACY, enforced..  That “LAW OF THE RULER”/ against us all, threatens me directly too.  As they have gave themselves the authority to destroy constitutional amendments; and claim to be RULERS (they decide, justice/ law/ due process/ liberty/ freedom/ respect/ fair play/ equality/ ETC:   does not matter.  Instead of the constitution.)    Rulers over me/ and you,  instead of democracy and legitimate law.  THAT IS ILLEGAL, THAT IS OUTRIGHT REBELLION,  AND WITHOUT MERIT.

1.  That when antibiotics fail, surgery fails too/ as well as treatment for countless diseases?  The only real difference between today and hundreds or thousands of years ago: is surgery is possible, because the infections have been controlled.  Without infectious controls, there are no surgeries because the risk of death becomes high. Without infection control, even without surgery, countless millions of  people will die.  In other words it is the antibiotic as primary participant, and not “medicine” that has produced the healthcare we know today.
The tragedy of cost/ the reality of extortion/ and the denial of care, are all attributed too: those in powerful positions, who have refused to educate “new doctors (no more, new graduates:  than in 1960)”.  Thereby intentionally keeping costs high, and securities for this people very low.  So as to secure a monopoly over us.  It is treason, a traitorous act against the people of this nation/ by those in CONTROL over medical education.

2.  Did you know, that antibiotics are feed everyday in livestock feeds (by the million ton)/ because without antibiotics to contain disease, there is no confinement agriculture.  Therefrom we KNOW, that when antibiotics fail, the entire “factory farm system/ confinement agriculture” fails with it.  The creatures will quickly die/ and there is absolutely NO secondary system upon which we can turn;   the small farmer was put out of business.  You cannot wait for the livestock lost to rebuild their populations if any survive/ because we are 7 billion people:    YOU WILL go hungry!  Best guess: basic antibiotics will be through by 2014/ can’t use it in feed anymore.  Won’t cure disease in livestock or people,  anymore.

3.  Did you know that antiseptics, various poisons, genetic mutilation, and more;   cause a biological tragedy in much of the microscopic world, the bacterial germ and virus environment.  As well as the creatures which consume the dead, and take care of our waste.  Alterations in these environments can easily become pandemic/ leaving us without defenses or immunity, because they have been mutated/ their own chain of life destroyed:  do to men.  What will you do then/ recognizing the truth, that our own bodies require some of these bacteria to survive.  We are not “a single human being”/ RATHER we are a living structure of multiple biological organisms which do live in harmony inside to create the living factory that gives us time.

4.  Did you know, that the factory ship is required to stay out on the ocean until the entire ship is filled with fish, millions!  That means, when they find a school of fish/ these ships stay on top of that school until every last fish is taken on board (so they can go home).  That means this colony, has been removed from the sea, and every predator fish that depended upon that colony will now die too.  That means literally in ocean terms, they are turning the sea into a lifeless desert, and the tonnage caught, the species that have been lost, the pollution, environmental damage,  the fuel consumed by ships all indicate the sea itself shall soon be empty; because of what men choose to do.  The sea feeds about one in six humans/ its not a game.  The propaganda machines lie to you/ it is worse than you think, or they say.  TIME is running out.  The final sanctuary for the sea is now open to fishing/ the arctic and antarctic now far more open than ever before:  now, NOWHERE TO HIDE.  The coastlines are being destroyed/ the ocean floor is being contaminated ( millions of gallons of oil lost every year in the sea): everything required for life in the sea, including the incubators of life/ the coral/ absolutely everything DEVASTATED because of human consequences.  ENORMOUS amounts of highly destructive chemicals dumped in the lakes and rivers/ every type of aquatic environment threatened, or destroyed; along with the creatures who live there.  No second chances, past the point of no return. Species becoming extinct, just because of money.  Millions of tons thrown away/ gill nets to drown millions more; poisons/ plastics/ everything else to let them swallow death.  And for what?  HOW MUCH is thrown away!  You are going to starve, because that is what you chose.

5.  Did you know, that based upon population counts across this world, we are growing at roughly 2 million more mouths to feed/ including deaths: each week!  As they grow, each one needs more.  We are already standing roughly one person per green acre of earth; and that green acre has to provide for every life on the planet, including animals, birds, insects, and you. 7 billion people, each standing on a square 3 feet by 3 feet= 27billion square feet “reach out your hand/ and touch someone”.  27,000,000,000 divided by 43560 feet per acre= 619,834 acres of solid humanity.  In a single living human line 3 feet apart 7 billion people reach 21,000,000,000 feet divided by the circumference of this earth at the equator 24,900 miles times 5280 feet= 131,473,279 feet.   21 billion feet of people, each  spaced 3 feet apart at the equator =   205 trips around the equator in an unbroken line.  We will soon be at each other’s throat, with all weapons of mass destruction.  FIGHTING for food/ water/ resources/ money/ and survival:   because all of these things, have been tragically and deliberately sacrificed so the DAMNED FEW, could have anything they could dream of.   ITS CALLED THE WORSHIP OF MONEY/ THE WANT TO PLAY GOD/ AND THE DEATH OF A PLANET, because the rest didn’t care enough to stop them.   Shame on you all.  We stand at the edge of extinction, “because YOU WANT/ to hell with life: GIVE ME EVERYTHING”.   Failures and fools:  Without the sense of an ant.  To which the university says, “we are gods”!  Yet the proof is: you chose death for a planet/ and led the people to their terror, the edge of extinction:   therefore yes you are gods, OF HELL.    PROVE YOU WILL SURVIVE.  Prove your experiments, trophies, and toys are less than death for this planet.

6.   Did you know our pollinators are dying; those creatures responsible for creating flowers, establishing fruit and vegetables: the insects, bats, birds, and various other partners in creating natures abundance for us. Including larger mammals and others who drop seeds as well.  Without them there is no flowers, fruit, or vegetables for a world.  Without the insects there are very birds left, few reptiles or amphibians, nothing that depends on these, and so on.  The biggest contributors to death are: the new insecticides which promise no insects left in your yard/ the newer crop varieties that promise an insecticide genetically mutated into the plant, to kill insects.  The various poisons and genetic alterations which if not directly responsible, are indirectly responsible by altering molds, germs, diseases, foods, and other factors which these creatures need.  “Not all about us”/ because without food, we are dead; therefore their needs; their “chains of life”, are our needs/ their death is our death.  Sterilizing seed as is done in every production company for food seeds and more: so they can control the next generation/ is death to every other method of seed distribution or reproduction for nature.

7.  Did you know, that only one inch of rain in every 50 inches of rainfall actually reaches the aquifers ; just one inch of recharge in over a year, over most of the world.  Do you really believe they are not being drained; when trillions of gallons are poisoned each year/ trillions of gallons are pumped into old oil fields to produce the last remnants  oil and natural gas/ trillions of toxic waste is pumped into area’s close to aquifers and can explode out of containment at any time destroying that aquifer forever (or an earthquake, releasing it).  Trillions of gallons lost to ethanol production (this now replaces 15% of your gasoline in the USA, plus the gallons lost in production, including irrigation/ plus the oxygen lost in those fires: GO FIND OUT, just how much that is)/ trillions lost to the production of poisons.  Or garbage dumps built right on top of the aquifers.  Did you know trillions of gallons of water have been lost from the upper great lakes?  Lost because men have opened a shipping channel around Niagra falls that did not use to be there: “OPENING THE DRAIN”/ and letting all the water disappear by not properly supervising the area. See how small/ what a little thing can do!.  Did you know that under one of the great lakes there is a monster cavern men have excavated: less than one thousand feet from the water/ and if a hole opens, which it  absolutely will, most of the great lakes above it will disappear for years, if not forever.
Did you know that the Ogahalla aquifer is nearly empty: the dust bowl returns soon.  Displacing all those people: no water left/ lost to ethanol production and absolute stupidity.  Did you know that aquifers that dry up commonly collapse and then cannot be used ever again.  Did you know that water on top of this earth cannot truly be pumped down into the aquifer because it is contaminated: MUST be cleaned first.

8.  Did you know, that according to fuel consumption statistics we burn enough fuels as a world to consume more than all the oxygen this planet produces.  We know how much fuel we burn, because we sell it.  We know how many forests burn, etc/ and how much oxygen each of these fires consume.  Based entirely upon this projection of volume necessary to burn these fires; the first 200 feet or so of atmosphere is required, and all the oxygen in it.  And neither you, or any animal has yet to have a breath of oxygen for yourself. The ending here is not a guess/ it’s a mathematical certainty.  THE REALITY we face is:   either abandon the majority of your fuel consumption/ and protect the oxygen producers, OR you will be VERY SORRY.  Beyond your comprehension today.

9.  Did you know, that an experiment “for space travel” was done in the desert some years back; a greenhouse sealed over 3 acres (I believe) all kinds of plants, a water fall, “everything it needed and more”/ with 5 people who were suppose to live in it for years.  They broke out in months, because the oxygen content had dropped too low.  Or that considerable oxygen supplies come from the ocean: and that  base food supply of nearly all life in the ocean, and our oxygen:   was being taken for livestock and pet feed.  A two part devastation: no food for the sea/ no oxygen for ourselves.

10.  Did you know the ocean contains a million square mile garbage dump filled with plastics/ or that thousands of miles of ocean shore is dead because of agriculture and city pollution/ or the various incubators of ocean life have been devastated across this world.  Or every year, major releases of oil are lost into the seas.  Important to you, because without this food, a billion people will go hungry.   Did you know:  The food distribution network around the entire ocean is stopping;   the ocean currents created by cold and warm waters/ soon that life will be lost: “can’t find its way”.  These currents also keep the European communities warmer than otherwise.  They are Dying, because of global warming: a fact that cannot be denied because the proven:  GLACIAL ICE lost, is absolutely clear.  Don’t care?  Consider this, that ice cools your drink does it not/ until all the ice is gone.  Same is true for the planet, as we look forward 130 degree plus summer days will come in places no one ever dreamed it could happen.  Got air-conditioning?  This too is a major part of the problem adding tremendous amounts of heat, and consuming great volumes of oxygen, just so you can pretend to be “gods” (don’t have to obey the rules of nature, energy, life, or environment:  I will do whatever I want). 

11.  Did you know the foundation of every life, and every food source across this world, was a toy for genetic engineers to play with.  Did you know, your scientists are literally trying to create “fish people/ bird people/ insect people/ animal crossovers/ etc, etc, etc.  Did you know, your genetic scientists are deliberately trying to destroy genetic disciplines;   believing they will then learn how to be gods themselves?  Did you know, every donation you make to some type of “medical miracle” ends in these hands; it will not to make you well, “to play with nature with the intent to be gods/ gee, what could go wrong”?  You, are then an accomplice.   Did you know that genetic structure is not a toy/ that once nature loses its discipline, it no longer differentiates species, it no longer balances the body, or creates a body specialized in any way.  Which then means, all genetic manipulation is the crucifixion of life on earth That reality will actually evolve then into an ooze/ slime; because without discipline that is the best it can do.  That means you too, as the discipline necessary to hold your body together ends.  Arms will literally fall off, heart falls into your stomach,  a head or an arm of a foot or anything; can literally grow anywhere, at any time:  because the discipline, balance and order required to place it into a dedicated species/ creating a specifically designed body:  has been removed.  Think! It may be the last time you will ever get to try.  Not a game, life or death for a world.  It is “Armageddon;  nature in chaos”.

12.  Did you know, that fusion is the burning of atomic bonds/ therefore fusion brought onto this earth is like throwing a match into a lake of gasoline;   except fusion will never go out/ because this earth and everything on it is made out of atomic fuel.  We cannot put it out/ it will destroy us.  The national ignition facility has a machine capable of creating fusion today.  That means at any time, on any day, our lives can be over.  Not a game/ life or death for a world.  It is “the biblical, lake of fire” consuming the world, just like the sun.  Starting as the biblical pillar of fire/ and predicted to end by the book of Daniel 1290 days after it first begins real experimentation.

13.  Did you know, that CERN a particle collider in Europe is prepared to create a “wormhole in space”.  By accelerating a mass out of its atomic environment (by pulses of exploding proton debris)/ into sufficient speeds to escape the action/ reaction environment;   it will pull the electrons cern has intentionally destabilized into a cone shape that is still attached to this world.  The simple explanation is: “the essential element will be a chainsaw like effect” on the atomic environment over which it must pass; fundamentally upsetting the balance and altering the compositions of our atomic existence.  It is an extreme risk, without the slightest possibility of reward.  Or more simply as they say of themselves:   WE ARE going to create “the big bang” here on earth/ the single most destructive event in the history of the universe.  What could go wrong?   This too, could be the abomination described in the book of Daniel, that is not for me to say/ but it easily can become a planet exploding, this planet reduced to dust, as we clearly do know from the big bang itself.  “Something weakened the structure of that mass”/ so that it would all explode together as one “big bang”.   They have focused the power of 2 or 3 nuclear power plants into one needle like protrusion/ to cause a single “train wreck” by directing two lines of energy going into the opposite direction into each other at speeds:  as near to the speed of light as is possible.  They could not be bigger fools!

14.   Did you know that one trillion dollars is equal to 50 million workers times $20,000.00 dollars per each one.  The economic stimulus plan has already spent 3 trillion dollars/ which equals $60,000.00 dollars of numbers, per each of 50 million workers:  put into the hands of banks; which multiply that money by 10, or perhaps more today.  Therefrom we understand: those people with access to lending, NOW HAVE 600,000.00 six hundred thousand dollars in “free money”/ per each of 50 million workers:  to use against you, in buying every foreclosure, every bankruptcy, anything they want.  Can you compete?  No, you cannot.  This is an economic give away to the very rich/ who will get richer, and steal an entire nation within the next two years.  Did you know, plans are to spend 12 trillion dollars by 2012; they tell you only what the federal government spends (if you believe that)/ but fail to describe just how much inflation the federal reserve will be putting out by buying “bad debts from banks/ giving money to foreign nations”/ so the banks can then confiscate the foreclosed property with your money.     “Free money”: Given to banks, multiplied by 10, then invested in the stock market on margin which can be at least 50 times more.  Lets assume that equals 2.4 million dollars in new money to the few who will be allowed to borrow it PER EACH AND EVERY WORKER, in this USA.  Can you compete with someone who has been given 2.4 million dollars to spend, “free money”.  Did you not get the debts, as a nation:   who does not expect you to pay, “YOUR DEBT”?   But alas:  if it cannot be paid/ then it is just inflation isn’t it!  In america where they added sixty thousand numbers of debt, to every single worker (assuming 50 million full time); ; MORE than the average yearly wage of an american worker: YOU HAVE LOST over half the value of the money you hold already.  Because there is twice as many numbers called dollars as there were last year.  Debt is just a lie, used to swindle you; it is a thief used to steal an entire nation.    Only “a few rich” benefit/ everyone else, is left with, nothing but a gun.  Is that not civil war, in just two years?  The beginning of hell, because it can spread across this world: many nations are the same, and food will become scarce soon, who farms a battlefield?

15.  Did you know our resources as a world are nearly gone; ransacked and ruined/ thrown in the garbage for the sake of “a job”/ for MONEY.   Yet we cannot live without resources.  Simple as that.   Did you know, that without the newest discovery of potash on the ocean floor; recently there have been others.  But the end result is:   we soon  be out of one of the three fertilizers that made food production bountiful?   What will you do, when that, or any other critical resource is gone?

16.  Did you know: global warming/ ecological chains of life are disappearing/ environmental disasters are being created/ oceans are rising/ deserts are increasing/ the ozone is disappearing for real/ species are becoming extinct/ terrorists are mulitiplying (people without hope, assume “you killed me/ so I kill you): etc.  Not to discount contaminated water, sewer diseases, genocide, etc.  Not to forget, you cut down trees creating enough board feet to reach the moon, and back “several times each year” if I remember correctly.  Its more every year/ completely unsustainable; IS completely insane.   From a world at the brink of collapse, because you chose not respect anything.  You chose not to build A FUTURE.  You chose not to care, for a single child.  You chose only money first, because your want is that insane, and defiant of truth!

17.  Did you know, that a mere 25 nuclear weapons detonated around the world are expected to be enough to kill life on  this earth/ there are more than ten thousand, and that is just what you’re told, “in a world full of liars”.  Did you know, the biological weapons of mass destruction are expected to kill over 98% of humanity, these are specifically genetically altered/ mutilated to avoid all human immunity.  One broken vial, and no humans left/ because the dead bodies alone, will finish the last.  As was true in India, the chemicals which surround you, can easily take your lives away.  Yet the propaganda machines and political leaders have led you to “Call these weapons, your saviors”, called your protectors; so you don’t rise up against the INSANE. And you are so gullible,  you believe in fools, failures, and devils.  SHAME ON YOU.

18.  Did you know, that at www.justtalking2.info there is a US supreme court case docketed as 08‑1339 & www.justtalking3.info 11-100:  demanding a first amendment redress of grievances trial.  The primary question presented to the court, a very simple:   WILL YOU OBEY THE LAW?   Because the law says: we the people have rights, and this is accountability in government.  In uniform conspiracy, your leaders chose to abandon the law/ and choose instead to stand against the law; accepting the penalty of impeachment, and the accusation of traitor & treason instead of the law.  A clerk of the court sent “dismissed”/ which is criminal fraud; as only a judge can dismiss a legally docketed case.  Your supreme court defied you.  Your supreme court chose against, and conspired to steal and murder your rights under the fourteenth amendment FOR DUE PROCESS, UNDER LAW.  Your president, and attorney general/ even the governor of IL; said nothing, and were litigants.  Nor did your journalists, or media; defend or honor or protect you: instead,  “Quiet as a mouse”/ even though they were, sent information, and made aware because what becomes a docketed case in the US supreme court, is accessible by the media/ and they do keep track of all cases that become docketed.  Your media/ nor your leaders:  fight for democracy.

Did you know that federal debt as is reported in the media is just the federal deficit: and it does not include state debt/ or personal debt/ or business debt/ or financial debt/ or agricultural debt/ or all the bonds issued.  Did you know the www.federalreserve.gov  Flow of funds site used to report the accounting record.  Their figures stated we as a nation would have crossed the line of 100 trillion dollars of debt/ by the end of 2007, but not to worry their claim was “we have 120 trillion dollars in assets”.  But divide it by 300 million people, and that equals $400,000.00 in the bank per every man, woman, and child/ every citizen in the nation, divided equally.  You got yours?  They removed the site when I reported, to many media outlets: these employees moved 3 trillion dollars from the debt column to the asset column in one week.  A change that would have been of interest to the public/ but not one peep out of media; and the site took away all such information.  You are led by liars. You are protected by thieves: “they care about the money more than you, or this nation”.  They cheat you with inflation for them, so they can claim more/ while you get the debt, so you can have nothing.
The US supreme court says, “unimportant”.  The leadership says, “debt don’t matter”/ UNLESS its yours.  The judiciary obviously corrupt and in collusion with those who represent power, NOT justice.

Without change, we are dead.  Adding to this list is simply unnecessary; if you cannot find your heart/ you simply don’t care.  If you think, “your leaders will save you”/ YOUR WRONG.  They will let you die, have made literal decisions to let you die/ have taken all the value out of your money, stealing it for themselves/ robbed every resource/ mutilated every life form/ ransacked and raped the water, the oxygen, environment, and everything else destroying the future for all life.   Throughout the years, as I have been making leaders aware for decades now: THEY KNOW (including religion, primarily christian/ few addresses are available as to the others).  By all realistic means possible to me, as the spirit inside of me allowed.  Although I could have spent more, it is unrealistic, when the general public I literally talked too, from all walks of life:  cannot find their voice/ but hide in their want instead; assuming “the leaders and the university;  know what they’re  doing”.  But they don’t.
Evolution is just a religion promoted through your government/ they infiltrated everything; and its just a theory; their evidence nothing more than a guess or a sham.  But you believe because its “the university”.   The university says:   a genetic code so elaborate it not only builds a body, creates the utilities necessary for that body, adds a mind, creates bones and joints and valves and blood and services to support, and gives the fundamental knowledge to exist at the beginning (such as breathe/ heart beat); hang the heart and organs in place, knit it all together, give us movement and senses and love:   and much more.  Is an accident/ they say “microbes without a mind, built you”/ yet the entire body represents clear and sustainable thought. And you believe, SHAME ON YOU.

 They tell you “Noah’s flood” did not exist/ yet the evidence is absolutely clear:   the only possible way the coal and oil reserves (buried plants and animal carcasses) at depths ranging down to thousands of feet/ all buried at once.  Could exist, is if a massive flood changed the face of this earth.  Your university has been made aware/ and they refuse blatant undeniable truth. YOUR university built the decisions which we now face/ they propagated every facet of a courtroom in shame/ a government of liars, a business and industry without respect/ a pollution and weapons and mutilation to end life.  They even changed public education to deny children the right to be prepared for life, educating them on financial concerns, health, and anything else of value; choosing to make puppets and fear and want instead;   creating a failed state, with only them as “valued”.  And the rest as slaves.  Shame on you for worshiping them/ they are not gods; the tiny bits done to benefit you are like a candle to the sun, for what has been done to destroy you.  WAKE UP OR DIE.   “Not hate for university/ but a return to honesty, truth, and reality.  NO MORE DAMN FANTASY or LIES or GAMES”!       Life first, NOT arrogance, idiocy, stupidity, or ideology (worshiping images).  Shame on you.

Your university tells you; the sun burns from the core out/ they say fusion is “held together by gravity and pressures that cannot be sustained on earth”; therefore the fusion they will create will simply go out.  BUT WHAT IF THEY ARE WRONG?  The answer is you die, because the machine at NIF can create fusion/ but it cannot put it out.  All dead, for nothing. SHAME ON YOU.  Your university, media, and leadership refuse the clear evidence that they are indeed wrong.  That evidence being an exploding star is said to expand first, and increase in heat output prior to explosion.  We know, that nothing else:   but what exists within that sphere is involved; and that means clearly the internal mass is expanding/ and it cannot expand, if in fact the internal mass was literally burning from the core out. [there would be nothing to make hotter/ there would be nothing to add fuel to the fire].  Clearly fusion burns at the surface/ and do to the thermal effects of heat, that fire is raised away from the surface (like a candle flame is raised from the candle) which keeps the inner mass from complete annihilation.  Instead of pressure sucking fusion fire down/ thermal laws raise the fire up, enclosed as a sphere, the only direction heat can go:  is away from the mass.  Making the surface at the sun itself:  if not balanced, a negative pressure as mass is sucked away from the sphere, and into the fire. Added to that, we have a historical record of thousands of years of humanity, and nothing indicates the level of heat has changed dramatically from the sun.  IF EVERYTHING was on fire, as in the assertion the fire extends from the core:   then the consumption of everything at once, WOULD DEMAND a change in the size of the sun because of that consumption.  In other words, less heat than thousands of years ago.  Fusion is burning atomic bonds/ and everything here is fuel.

19. Did you know: that for thousands of years if not more, the excess oxygen this planet creates ends up as ozone (has to go somewhere)/ protecting us from radiation.  When the ozone layer disappears, it means that every ounce of oxygen surplus for this planet has been used up; by your fires.  How long before you cannot breathe?  How long before endless skin cancers take over life?  Answer the question. How long before radiation poisoning changes the plants, and every life on earth?

20.  Did you know, that the production of oxygen is limited by the creation of green leaves in a designated area/ trees becoming the most prolific because it is the highest density of green per square foot.  You are destroying them all!  What will you breathe?  Did you know the ocean has creatures that create oxygen/ now being harvested for “pet foods, or other.”  Ending that supply. A large portion of microscopic life originates under ice.

21.  Did you know that Yellowstone super‑volcano clearly demonstrates the possibility of an eruption soon/ as does the Krakatau super‑volcano.  These are the cause of glacial formations/ because they can and do make the earth cold/ by ash clouds and chemicals blocking the sun..  Which means immense change, and billions of people lost.  THERE IS something that can be done: simply bore down and let the gases escape, or be collected into storage above.  That ends the violence of an eruption.  It becomes like the Hawaiian volcano’s.  The threat of a major tsunami remains on an island that faces the eastern United States shore: estimated at over one hundred feet tall, if it releases: how should that not be dealt with, by the movement of dirt and rock to establish it cannot happen any more?

22.  Did you know, that the dumping of so much water, as melted ice; by humanity changing the climate.  Into the oceans HAS CHANGED the balance of weight therein adding billions of tons, or more to the ocean floor;   which then caused the Japanese tsunami, because the shifting of tectonic plates, due to that weight.  There are consequences. Such as, a restructuring of the balance between the molten core of this planet and the weight that sits on top of it: ending in volcano’s and earthquakes in new places or resurrecting old volcano’s.   Don’t believe it’s a human effect:   search for yourself how much fuel is burned (EQUALS HEAT RELEASED)/ forest fires, etc.  Then calculate the BTU’S and understand just how much heat YOU CAUSE for this planet.  How that heat affects not only climate, BUT DROUGHT.  GLACIAL MELT, CHANGES THE JET STREAM ABOVE, which changes the path of rain.  The immense release of heat generated by air-conditioning in major cities, also contribute to changing rain patterns.

23.  Understand this, when they tell you: that everything is OK because they pumped the problem toxins into the earth or they are under the water table by “this far”.  MEASURE IT OUT, right here on the surface.  Take a tape measure and see, just how far you are, from catastrophe/ an earthquake changes many things, not to mention fissures and cracks and so on/ which let those toxins migrate anywhere they can.  As is being realized in Pennsylvania, Wyoming, and Ohio today in small measure:   fracking destroys the sediment seals/ breaks open fissures for gas to escape, and uses untold billions of gallons in fresh water to do their deeds (all gone/ or destroyed) means: THOSE PEOPLE CANNOT LIVE HERE ANYMORE. [you got room, for a few million people who lost their home?]  As is becoming apparent in Youngstown Ohio:   when the people drilling a waste hole do not go deep enough but pump into an area which causes a hydraulic action to occur/ over time that begins to lift the earth, and pressurized the toxins: so they escape in plumes of death right into the aquifers.

24.  Every living thing, is dependent upon some form of food, or water/ some aspect of housing or safety or secondary assistance (must eat something) if a fire comes, or other.  Think about that as the rate of extinction in all life greatly increases, plants/ insects/ animals/ fish/ aquatics/ birds/ reptiles/ fish/ and all the rest.  Or more simply, WHEN ONE CRITICAL NEED, cannot be filled to sustain a life:  all such life die? Everything that depended upon them dies too. Same for you, understand this: can’t get an antibiotic/ oh well, you die!  Can’t find food or water or oxygen: oh well/ you die. Because your universities/ industry/ etc:  are mutilating and killing everything in sight, and even hidden from sight.  How is that not INSANE?  Every critical link/ every important chain or critical resource: ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING THE FUTURE NEEDS, is in crisis.  Your leaders, your university “gods” threw it all away: so they could play their games, and not do any real work, or make any real plans for life; other than how best to reduce us to slavery.  Failing to note:   when we die/ they are next.

25.  Then we have the new nano-technology: the making of biological “man-made virus” that can replicate itself within any biological creation.  So small they can plug up enormous amounts of biological functions.  Some capable of “machine like movements”: and thereby able to become a pandemic of their own/ given enough time.

26.  Your university religion/ its images/ and your gods: ARE Mutilating your food, destroying your own water and oxygen supplies, making biological weapons that are “guaranteed to kill at least 98%, of ALL humanity”.  Killing everything you touch AS IS NATURE/ destroying every resource, just to throw it in the garbage.  And so damn much more either you are critically INSANE as well/   OR you just don’t give a damn/  you have become satan himself. Because you are willing to let them kill an entire planet, without saying a word in LIFE’S DEFENSE.        Take your pick, dead or alive!   Can’t have both:   DUMBASS.

 The fundamentals of REDRESS trial that exist, include the right:  to establish CHANGE IN GOVERNMENT/ by we the people ourselves.   This is then established for discussion as a nation, through the democracy enhanced by the preamble of the US constitution  at its heart:   which is REDRESS.   Gives us all the right to expand  “OUR DECISION”, FOR OURSELVES, these children, this world,  AND OUR NATION.  As including these decisions.  Therefore the right of democracy enforced:   Shall Further include:

1.   That medical expenses shall be limited to, a percentage of income or asset as will be defined: thereby fair to all/ because life is the same to each one.  The number is irrelevant/ every life being equal.  That would also include a small payment for the maintenance of buildings and equipment as a tax upon us all.  But no more.  Then a percentage of income, or work; as would be appropriate to the medical work done.  There will be by vote: what is “too much”/ you have to leave now. Or survive on your own.

2.  Establishes that we the people can rule ourselves by the laws we create:  for governing ourselves.  We can and will enforce these laws/ by understanding and teaching each one to ourselves. That means a distinct limit to laws or rules, of about 100.  That means every law, “shall be short, expressive and to the point” as are the amendments of the constitution; so that none can mistake them.  Throwing out all other law, we will recreate our future.  We can rule ourselves, and change our relationship as society to each other/ by demanding “limited capitalism”:   the truth, that we all deserve an equal opportunity, and a fair share in the rewards life can offer.

3.  The fantasy and delusion that weapons of mass destruction are in any way “our saviors” MUST END.  Replaced with world law, and world policing that then enforces our will as humanity itself on this earth:   ON THE LEADERS, WHO FAIL US. The weapons then removed, and the reality of peace established.
You will:   let a “world court” decide what to do with the prisoners at Guantanamo: and surrender that property to the world as its own prison for leaders, terrorists, and court.

4.  The elemental energy plan of every nation, is simply: RE-INSULATE EVERYTHING (demand efficiency is established), at levels three times greater than current standards:   so that not only resources/ oxygen/ pollution/ environment/ life/ global warming/ and water will benefit.  But the future as well.  These are primary immediate jobs for you/ with rationing applied to anyone who “uses too much” as an individual, or group of individuals.  We all share, including the future/ period.

5.  The currency SHALL be accounted for, AS REALITY/ the lies removed/ the stealing returned/ the cheating and counterfeiting abandoned and punished:   and the money supply RE-ESTABLISHED using only “so many numbers” per citizen, as a nation.  NO MORE CREDIT internationally, thereby a new international currency only;   based upon gold or silver, as a standard established per the numbers, called money.  Same for all.

6.  Social security shall be limited to a percentage of the GDP/ as a nation: chosen and enforced by the vote of the people themselves.  Those entitled to social security shall then vote among themselves how they shall indeed divide that number among themselves: for all costs/ including medicare.  That is all you get/ because that is all there is.  No more games.

7.  All welfare abandoned:   replaced with an actual job, at a base living wage established as enough, “to live within a realistic expectation of the rest”/ not rich, but not poverty either. We are all OWED, our share of the work, and the rights to provide for ourselves.  No exceptions.

8.  The need for education is established by what LIFE NEEDS TO KNOW/ that peace, harmony, survival, happiness, respect, romance, freedom, liberty, nature, environment, entertainment, and every other form of society at work and play for the sake of critical understanding.  Must be learned.  NOT the damned flushing children down a sewer/ as is today.  But life, the reality of our truth, our needs, and our future established by wisdom, NOT greed, pride, want, or power.
No more “higher education” gets to claim and enforce anything it wants.  RATHER, they will collect a percentage of the income a student receives critically due to the work, you helped them create for themselves.  If you fail them/ or the job promised fails them: they owe you nothing.  This is:   produce a benefit for life that is real, and substantial/ or don’t get paid.

9.  The religion called evolution (nothing but a “witch doctor”  theory, that cannot be proven.)/ SHALL be removed from all government associations, educational venues, or privilege.  It is illegal, it is blind and beyond stupid, it is the door through which the mutilation of all genetic life as is NATURE ITSELF, was opened.  It is then:   an act of treason against the world.  Prove the evidence is wrong!

10.  The news media SHALL, be broken up into independent news/ without a deliberate financial connection between them: each limited to an area/ each independent and governed by what they did or did not do, to protect, honor, respect, or create happiness for this society.  Each governed by the reality of what they can examine/ investigate/ define/ and create for society itself.  If not as a platform for new ideas, or opportunities to discuss and compromise as is wise.   As deliberate protection for the nation, through the defense of the constitution, our justice and society at fair play, or other notable issues: that do not rely upon entertainment or fears.  We the people shall pay, for the stories that support our lives and our world HONESTLY: by tax.  Determined by popular vote among the people for the stories presented that did or did not do:   what “the free press” was meant for.

11.  All banking shall be broken up to become strictly independent banking and investment: NO large banks or other/ can or will be allowed to combine.  No stock market allowed, unless it is true to the purpose and reality of actually helping business in this nation grow and do well. NO MORE CASINO, using business and industry as a toy, to be played with.  But in no circumstance can monopolies continue/ as is such businesses as microsoft, and walmart/ and more.  No large agricultural businesses, etc: rather a return to freedom for the people themselves to choose their work, and establish their own life.
Because their opportunity is not controlled by a tiny few, in powerful positions.

12.    All funding of government, SHALL BE:   restructured around a vote by the people themselves:   choosing instead a percentage of the taxation collected shall go to “each specific purpose or decision of government”/ and only that.  Thereby we decide for ourselves, where our money shall go/ with critical accounting done on a monthly basis and established online.  We will choose  to limit the military ourselves.  We will choose the war/ and when to come home ourselves, etc.  Or more simply: the power of governing SHALL BE RETURNED TO THE PEOPLE THEMSELVES/ as much as is realistically possible.  By fully understanding:   once the critical decisions are made/ only little decisions are left, to those we employ to do this work for ourselves.

 YOU SHALL ESTABLISH BY CORRESPONDENCE IN PRINT.  So as to leave a verifiable PROPER:   paper trail, useable in a courtroom of law: with all insignia required to validate where this came from and whosoever demands it.

 A COURTROOM CASE:  To decide the critical responsibility of an oath to protect, defend, and obey the constitution IN ITS ENTIRETY/ thereby reaping the reward of a salary for that work and its consequent employment.  OR IN THE CONTRARY, having failed to uphold the oath, the oath you:  declared would be done for this government, our constitution of this UNITED STATES, and we the people.  When failed: that fact,  Denies your right to collect or distribute taxes:   because you are in open rebellion against  constitutional law, against we the people, and our democracy.  The authority that gives you your job, and power of position:   thereby denied.

 

The federal and state courtrooms where I live;   have NOT kept their contractual obligations to the people or to me.  Cases 10-2257, is resolved by the court saying: “we did not consent to obeying constitutional law”: so we don’t have to.  The US supreme and appellate court declaring we don’t have to comment, because no judgment was made.  NOT the only case, where the judiciary, policing, and leadership failed.  These are criminal conducts in a courtroom of law: which do establish the effect and foundation of organized crime.    NOT, what I agreed/ NOT what we agreed as a nation:  to pay taxes for!  Simple and plain.

  As a consequence you do not deserve a payment from me either, until all matters that are the sworn duty of an employee of this government have been adhered to.  When you fail to keep contractual law, & obey constitutional duties: the end result is a legal dismissal of your contractual rights.  The breach is your oath to protect, defend, and obey the constitution of this USA.  You failed in constitutional law and duty/ conspired by the evidence to remove and destroy constitutional guarantees/ and thereby destroyed the contract itself.  1 Williston, Contracts  4th ed.  1990, 1995.

The remedy for that is redress of grievances/ “let the people decide: let the employees give true and accurate account”.  Let the DUE process that is the law of  Our constitution:    a contract, between the employees of government, and ourselves, called WE THE PEOPLE/    We, who own the words, and the reality  of our government called the constitution (the agreement we made as a people to unite together as one nation), and its foundation documents “the bill of rights/ and the declaration of independence”. YOU are NOT “the government” !   YOU ARE, “OUR EMPLOYEES”.  And if you don’t do your job/ the job you were hired to do: in fact refusing to do so; even lying and cheating us out of our guaranteed rights/ thereby stealing our democracy.   As depicted within the constitutional foundation documents/ IT IS THE LAW, and you cannot rewrite or reinterpret it in any other way. Therefore it is my “patriotic duty” to deny you/ & insist you simply will not be paid, for this treason.  That is the foundation of contractual law.  And it is current and established standard,  in ALL BUSINESS, INDUSTRY, ETC.   THE STANDARD FOR WHICH an  EMPLOYEES SHALL OR SHALL NOT BE PAID.   That is the duty of a democracy: to enforce our law, on our employees.  In court, it will be your job:    “To prove me wrong”.    Not because I say so, but because it is the law. 

To that end your lawyers shall argue:   “We are immune/ we are the government of this USA”.  In reply:   I will legally demand, that the constitution of this USA is the government upon which we the people HAVE AGREED to form and conceive of “as our nation”.   YOU, are merely the employee, and if you don’t do the job for which you were hired by we this people.   Then you are guilty of a criminal act, a corruption/ a theft/ a collusion/ and a conspiracy to deny:  for which you can be punished. 

 

 Failure to obey your oath is a criminal offense/ failure to obey and respect the constitution is a sign of treason, the act of a traitor to this nation.  A reality that shall not be payed. A truth that MUST be defended against, as is being done here in this demand for court today.  Prove your oath/ prove the constitution is obeyed as sworn.

DUE PROCESS as assigned to you and declared a constitutional right to me under the 7th amendment grants to me a courtroom of law, for financial and more important values as is freedom, liberty, and literally defense of this nation.  The first amendment grants me “legal redress of grievances”. The right to call the people together in a legal forum to decide if: we will demand accountability and investigation of the evidence: proving what is or is not true.  The thirteenth amendment declares I shall not be a slave/ which is denied to me, by the fact that our currency HAS BEEN SO INFLATED over the last few decades that the federal reserve now claims an asset value of over 154 trillion dollars, divided by 311 million citizens that is nearly one half million dollars per citizen, babies/ prisoners/ and all. Divided equally every single citizen should have $500,000.00/ IT AIN’T SO.  By declaring that money AS debt instead of inflation: WE HAVE BEEN ROBBED.  Instead of reaping reality/ the few in powerful positions took all that inflation (the claim of money is: the people will work for me, and surrender their resources and property to me) for themselves: and gave us the debt, claiming they are rich/ and we are poor.  IT IS MONOP0LY MONEY, it is counterfeit money/ it is a blind and deliberate theft and confiscation of property and the value worked for and secured, from every life in America and many around this world.  And now there exists, many around this world who believe we shall be their slaves too.  It is a redistribution of our wealth as citizens of this nation/ TO THE WEALTHY instead.  It is anarchy and the delusion of numbers.  It is treachery, trickery, and treason.  YOU STOLE, or more correctly YOU HELPED the others steal; by destroying the value of our currency, and declaring yourselves “rich”.  That fact requires a courtroom/ and that is the only compromise I make.

 The fifth amendment/ guarantee, of IL and instruction to those who are, our employees: that CANNOT LEGALLY be denied.  because it is our constitution as a state called WE THE PEOPLE.  Is illegally destroyed in a court of “law”. The latest being case 10-MR-906 in Champaign county court.  The reality is: THAT YOU, have failed to do your duty to me!  THAT YOU have failed our democracy and rebelled against this people by denying their laws!  THAT YOU, have chosen anarchy and the denial of “WE THE PEOPLE” as the true government here/ and set yourselves up as rulers over us instead.
 That is a traitorous act/ that is rebellion, and anarchy: that is treason to me, and to this people.  And must not be supported without a fight.  Consequently this is now a legal tax revolt:   NOT AGAINST TAXATION, (the deliberate work for society itself)/ but against those who believe they can rule us, steal our lives, and enslave our existence:  instead of working for us all, as the constitution and the law allow.
You have chosen a criminal route in denying to me constitutional law/ as I am promised, BY THE FOUNDATION OF EVERY COURT: the GUARANTEED RIGHTS OF THE    IL OR USA   CONSTITUTION :   “CANNOT be denied to me”.  BUT IT IS.   THESE documents, ARE, “the government”:   by the people/ for the people/ and of the people,   in  this state and this nation.  They are the agreement  we made to ourselves, to be “united” under these terms.  Through fifth amendment state law, and  first amendment US law: we are the owners/ we the people are a democracy.
  I am denied, BY TYRANTS, OR TRAITORS:  Not by law!  The price for that is a courtroom: WHEREIN I WILL BE TOLD HOW IT IS YOU CAN DENY A CONSTITUTIONAL LAW, and call yourselves anything but “traitors”.
YOU WILL, Prove I owe you anything, for economically destroying this state and this nation/ demeaning and denying this, OUR democracy: and shoving your own pockets with stolen goods, in a clear conspiracy against us.   You will prove I owe you, FOR RIDICULING ME AND THIS PEOPLE, by pretending to work for our lives, but have been cheating us all, with your fantasies & the delusions of your own grandeur!

  Prove you aren’t:   nothing more than a damn liar, cheat, whore, and thief!  PROVE you are not a damn little group of rulers/ intending and participating in government for the deliberate purpose: of making us all SLAVES to do your bidding.  I prove to you a good example of that is:   the university of IL, Urbana; football stadium “press box” at a cost of over 121 million dollar; so some damn shithead fuck-ups can sit “like kings” for 6 arrogant afternoons a year PLUS, expenses, maintenance, costs.   Is nothing less, than slavery to me, and all who you robbed: to do what/ “if not play, kings and queens” over us ?  And there are OBVIOUSLY MANY MORE, because you brought us all bankruptcy.   Both state and nation.
I am through playing your slave without a legal fight. The constitution demands redress/ therefore you will give it to us all, as our guaranteed right; so that I can “pay the tax”.  Because anything less is treason, from me: to support your rebellion against us all/ by giving you money is insane!
RATHER WE WILL INVESTIGATE YOU: and then determine,  What is the punishment, you deserve?  Let the people decide. 

That is the foundation of my complaint.  The reality in summation:  BRING THE COURT TO ME, through redress:  AND WE WILL FIND CONSTITUTIONAL LAW,   or your TREASON!
 That is my demand:  for a courtroom that is going to participate in constitutional law, AS IS OUR GOVERNMENT.  “The government” ain’t you/ you, are just a damn employee; trying to be rulers.  This demand does  Establish:  I have a right to legal representation, that representative, in the courtroom of this state and nation:  is our contract with you, the constitution of this state of IL describing what you shall do: by oath for us/ or be held accountable for, as your crime.
Instead of slavery, the constitution DEMANDS: you work for us under these terms and conditions alone; therefrom  you are allowed to tax. You failed.  Your demand for taxation, IS ENTIRELY DEPENDENT UPON UPHOLDING THAT CONTRACT.  Therefore it fails.
The lawsuits I have presented as the litigant “James Frank Osterbur”: which proves, you have NOT contractually earned, any tax/ you have usurped your authority/ and rebelled against we the people instead.   You have earned REDRESS: THE DEMAND FOR ACCOUNTABILITY and the investigation, by evidence of your actions and reactions on our behalf, that will  prove CRIMINAL or not.

   YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO DENY ME, my constitutional guarantee! That is tyranny and treason. That means it is you who have broken the law, that means you are a traitor in rebellion against the constitution itself/ and it is you who owe me: nothing less than,  THE RIGHTS I am promised.  Because you do not obey the constitution but deny it instead: you stand against the law that is our government.  That means you do not collect taxation for rebellion. This government is called WE THE PEOPLE.   NOT YOU, the damn, scheming, bastard employee; who believes, “there is nothing they can do” . Rulers who collect for your own gluttony and selfish purposes/ thereby robbing the people, to play god over them with your pride, illegal  power, and arrogance.  That is anarchy.
 Until the day comes, when you do obey constitutional law:  you have no authority/ because you chose to destroy the rights of every employee, every citizen; by disobeying the constitution.  The constitution is our established  foundation in government and law/ our constitution is OUR government/ NOT you.   Your oath which says: there shall be penalties,  gives us, the right to demand from  you, as employees working under that oath:  prove  the truth:   did they choose obedience, did they do their duty:   to our constitution of this state and nation. TO WE THE PEOPLE?
The question is:  IF YOU DID YOUR JOB CORRECTLY, for we the people or not?   By REDRESS we decide: NOT you!   Since you refuse the constitution/ A DEMAND you chose to accept CALLED AN OATH:   to get your jobs.  A reality WITH CRIMINAL PENALTIES that, you swore to defend, protect, and obey constitutional law:     it is a prison cell you are owed.  Or more correctly, it is the people who led you to defy the constitution, to disrespect and threaten our lives:  that shall be tracked down as traitors/ terrorists/ and thieves:   and dealt with accordingly.  Let the people decide.

Open the door to constitutional law: OBEY IT, and then we will see who owes who!  Bring me to court, by constitutional law, as we the people agreed:  this will be our government/    or be refused.  Prove my error in court, and I will pay.  But remember this: that it is you, who chose the time frame here/ it is you, that chose to not obey or recognize constitutional law/ and it is therefore TRUE:   “I owe you nothing for interest, penalties, or fines”.  You chose by your failures, your rebellion against the constitution, and against your sworn oath:  diseased by your own arrogance and greed/ not me.

DEFENSE ARGUMENT BEGINS:

The over-riding reality as has been proven in the past for this trial is: that the various judges in numerous trials, have failed due process/ denied the law/ disgraced the constitution of both this state and nation/ and refused to obey WE THE PEOPLE, by our standard of employee conduct which is their own sworn oath to obey, rather than deny our democracy.

  Just a few people, jury or not:  cannot take their government employees to court, that is fair.  Rather,   THERE MUST be a consensus among the people, the purpose of redress trial in every judicial district.     The purpose of redress itself:  to decide as society among ourselves by constitutional law/ whether or not a true consensus exists, to investigate and demand adherence to our constitutional values; by our employees. A return:  To declare democracy, as WE THE PEOPLE design for ourselves/ NO “experts” allowed.  Each citizen equals one vote on the important issues and laws to be changed;  themselves.   TO DEFINE what is treason against us. Thereby demanding the right, and the need: To understand, if there are criminal actions among those who swore they will: protect/ defend/ and obey the constitution of this state or nation, but did not.  Redress is:   the right to investigate our governmental employees and their actions/ as we the people, see fit.  Redress trial: is the legal decision, that yes we do or we do not;  form a consensus and a majority by constitutional law: to demand that the trial of our employees (as an entity or individual, who called themselves “the government”.  Those who stated they and not the constitution were sovereign, and immune), shall begin.  If a consensus is formed: GO TO TRIAL/  by a majority decision; through jury acceptance; (to redress we go).  This is repeated, throughout the judicial districts of IL/ each with its own redress trial, over this case, these matters and their own questions for our employees.  The majority decision, yes or no by these juries, throughout the state or nation: decides.  If yes,  Then we the people of this state go to “media trial” against our employees of government: within 30 days.  If demanding redress against the nation itself/ there must be a similar consensus created among the federal judicial districts in every state. RE:   I am directed to you, by the office of the legislative inspector general/ as he wishes to hide from constitutional law; and protect the people who are charged with a sworn oath to obey it, protect it, and respect the people of IL by enforcing it through the laws that they have already made: as is the constitution of IL itself. Common to the development of critical justice, is the element of fundamental awareness, as to the purpose and proper prediction of what it is that will or will not be decided in this action against the defendant James Osterbur.

Therefore, we look to the previous filings,  police record (tape and recording), and the ticket to understand:   no denial of failure to come to a complete stationary stop, at the stop sign in question exists.  Rather statements as will be backed up by the expected police video/ audio recording (its typed transcript for trial)/ and, or required testimony of the police officer/ will prove that true.  The officer states, after stopping: that he followed me through 3 stop signs (immediately following each other, a trip around the block), wherein a complete stop did not occur/ I went through 4 stop signs. I agree stating clearly, at no time what anyone or anything in danger/ not the slightest threat existed: HE AGREED.  Therefore stopped for the infraction of a rule.  Following through an admitted total of 4 stop signs:  Offers the question, IS THIS STALKING (the act of a predator)/ or is the supposed crime as indicated by the words “the people against James Osterbur”; so minimal that it needs no interdiction until the price or claim is sufficient to be extreme.  The penalty being $120.00/ DID HE, OR THE TOWN, simply want the money? Which is operating under disguise: for the illegal seizure of assets. Let the record prove what is true.  Let the jury decide if criminal investigation is necessary.
I am charged with running one stop sign/ that is the case here today, as proven by the ticket. But the question becomes if I could have been charged with three tickets/ thereby allowing the removal of my drivers license for a year or more.  The addition of massive increases in insurance: for years/   just because I did what this entire county does on a regular basis.  THEN WHY NOT YOU TOO?  Is it the discretion of a police officer to decide, a tiny infraction is enough/ is it the discretion of a tiny few making rules for the rest of us to obey “the law”.   OR IS THAT TOO MUCH POWER;   too much sewage to tolerate as a democracy.   I say it is, because the difference between freedom and tyranny is the cause an authority is given to intervene.  In this case, no cause for intervention, because of a threat;  is real/ consequently freedom rules, not a rule.  Freedom being the greater right or law.  As is consistent with other rights as is not wearing a seat belt (my life not yours); as is not being “separated out” for extreme punishment as is consistent with much that is “drunken driving”/ when texting for example is the same choice (didn’t have to do it), with the same result (dead is dead), only more so.  Freedom is not your decision/ ITS MINE.
So then the question is freedom, the reality or difference between:   IS THERE A LEGITIMATE CAUSE/ to interfere in my life, and penalize me, for the lack of complete slavery to a rule.   THE ANSWER IS NO.
A rule, is the essence of power, as it describes the level of interference a supposed law may provide, without a true right.  Justice however is the governing element; of when that power may be exercised, and in what form.  Justice rules society, only when the rules are limited so as to protect freedom itself.  The rule of justice is then: the people govern themselves as in democracy, by their behavior, and their willingness to understand:   freedom requires the maximum leniency possible, therefore it is asserted: UNLESS A THREAT exists, or a true potential for harm, or a distinct invasion of someone else’s rights exists.  There is no cause to penalize or arrest.  Which means the minimum of rules do apply/ the intent:   FAIR PLAY is expected to govern our lives.

The rule of rules, is at the opposite edge of freedom/ wherein a tiny infraction can in fact cause UNDUE HARM.  A rule then: Becomes the power to dismantle and destroy democracy itself.  A rule  has little or no acceptable value, in maintaining or contributing to justice, fair play, or equal sustained rights for us all/ because it exists to exert power and control, not democracy.  Thereby the corruption of power, the conspiracy and collusion to control the people; exist in a rule.  The pride of a police army choosing to make war against us all, elevates itself, as they decide to be “different or separate, from the rest”.
As is consistent with recent policing behaviors:   it is clear, that some police are separating themselves from society, “as their own little group of superior people”: those who own the power.  What comes to mind is:   the violence established against an individual charged with “jaywalking”/ and earlier an individual, that failed to stop in “Taylor-ville, I believe”: which resulted in his death.  When six people with guns surround you in a semi-circle/ they intend to kill you; NOT simply arrest you. OR more simply even though no adequate cause existed for the stop in the first place/ no intent to find out why was initiated or intended: all the elements of a police state then exist.   It is a clear threat/ the fact,  someone about to die then chooses to say, “not without a fight”.  Is not justification, for death in the face of overwhelming force/ unless there is true cause. That, Never established by the police, supports a coverup:  “we must stand together/ against these people” instead of we failed justice itself: the man died/ and there is no known evidence of criminal intent, only the failure of a police force.
  The infraction of a rule: establishes power, to the police/ not the people.  The creation of freedom by establishing justice:   creates a formal foundation upon which we all agree, “THIS IS HOW WE ALL SHALL BE TREATED”.  That is power to the people, by their own demand and rule.  It is not so simple as a rule (the game, of I said, they said, or he said)/ it is not so simple as an infraction of a rule (you didn’t do exactly as “simon says”)/ it is not so simple as a police officer has a right to threaten me with his gun, because he is afraid  ( he, ain’t fit for the job, is what that says).  Profiling me, as a potential deadly criminal/ stalking me, as a potential money pit, or just for bullying/ assuming superiority, because of an infraction against a tiny rule:   is NOT a participation in justice.  It is a crime against society: THAT NEEDS modification.  So there can be no more delusion about what authority through justice,  in this democracy,  can or must mean.  We must do that for ourselves, to be free. 

Consequently, in this trial to determine whether the rule of the road or the freedom of democracy: which is the right to decide and determine for myself, what is a fitting or respectful obedience as is consistent within this society: to a rule.  Which clearly is:  The evidence that a threat was imposed, or an expression of freedom was excessive and in violation of what is fair play/ thereby diminishing  justice to us all.  The consistent demand here is: WHAT IS FREEDOM/ MY RIGHT TO DECIDE FOR MYSELF, and where does my own individual demand for freedom exist, as a threat to great for society to bear/ and who decides, if not we the people.   Where is my guaranteed rights? Regardless of any damn rule so described;   as to take freedom away/ by replacing that freedom “where tiny infractions, can significantly penalize me” excessively.  By allowing the few (who make the rules) to command, I must obey/ because they say so”. The experts: brought us here today, TO BANKRUPTCY/ FRAUD/ LIES/ THEFT IN GOVERNMENT/ THREATS ALL AROUND; AND MORE.  That is not democracy unless we the people do so agree.  To agree, WE MUST not only be involved in the process of law, by making it ourselves/ but also in the foundations of justice, which honor us all, by establishing freedom, liberty, truth, and restrictions upon those who claim to be “our authority”.  They must be held accountable, at a higher level than me: if they wish to impose authority over me.  They must be proven to be correct in their methods and means of arrest and their individual participation in the correction of human behaviors if they are to carry deadly force or inflict damage onto our lives, by such things as “rules”.  Not an end to rules, a demand that democracy means:   the justice WE THE PEOPLE CHOOSE, for ourselves.  Not the rules imposed by those who say they are our authority:   but our right/ and our decision as we the people in democracy to establish that law and punishment for ourselves: NOT your right/ but ours.  THE LAW WHICH SAYS, YOU THE EMPLOYEE, SHALL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE TO THIS PEOPLE: AS IS REDRESS.
The method imposed upon us all in pursuit of these things/ by both state and national constitutional law is:   REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES for the people.  Redress is: An accounting of our employees, a demand of we the people for change, as we choose it to be.  NOT simply by a vote.  BUT BY A COURTROOM  BATTLE to determine the truth, the evidence, the foundations of influence and their consequence, the law as democracy intended, and our authority as “we the people” over ourselves,  in governing this state or nation:   as OUR democracy.  We are the owners here.

These things are to be discussed in this trial.  These things are placed before the jury:   as you the state,  have accused me of “an illegal behavior”/ in a situation, that is in fact, nothing more than the tiny infraction of a rule:   commonly dismissed in much the same manner (a complete stop is rare, and unnecessary; as my driving record does prove) as I clearly chose/ as does this entire  community for itself.  EQUAL and FAIR IS MY GUARANTEE FROM THIS GOVERNMENT, both state and nation:  not different treatment, not undue penalty, not the police unfettered: but JUSTICE  for all.

In simple procedural context:   the jury must be able to read/ as this is the simplest, and quickest method of understanding the facts of this case.  Therefore the filings (both sides) will be prepared and presented at the beginning of trial for their consideration.  The video assumed, and police recording will be made available and shown if it exists.  The police officer is expected to receive the filings sent to “Gifford”/ and if he wishes to contest any statement made by me: he is then free to do so.  Otherwise I do not call him/ but will cross examine if he does testify. 
Summary statements will follow.

Primary jury decisions are:
1. is the evidence consistent with a public threat?
2.  Is the evidence of excessive or abuse of police power present/ as is this fine?  That will include the price affixed to this infraction of a rule.
3.  Are there decisions that we the people require as an accounting of the truth, the reality of freedom recognized:   to establish not the demand, BUT the potential for change.  For our own protection and democracy: so as to provide personal freedom, by the decision of all the people;  and regain control over our government employees/ our lives, and our society? By the critical truth of our rights under the constitution: as is redress.  As is consistent with the constitutional law, the element of true democracy: “we rule ourselves, by the laws we create;” proving we the people are owners here.  As is redress of grievances?
4.  THIS courtroom is summoned to provide, the critical definitions:   Where is the divide between a right, established by the word FREEDOM/ and the opposing authority, as is fundamentally conceived by the words:  “That was NOT, exactly what we told you to do”?

5.  I, the defendant:  DO assert, this is an excessive abuse of power/ I DO assert, that any person charged with jaywalking and in handcuffs; SHALL NOT be subject to violence, as is clearly battery and assault.  I DO assert: that any person, who is simply “unknown”: NO good cause to stop/ should not end up dead.  Even if they brandish a weapon that is so inferior, as to clearly NOT have a chance to survive in this fight.  That becomes akin to murder/ it has nothing to do with justice; no real or immanent threat existed (because overwhelming force was present): fear is NOT an excuse/ neither is anger. Other methods were possible/ DUE PROCESS, was NOT given.
6.  I do assert the foundation of a conspiracy against the common people of this society;  exists by the police, in the matters above.  THEY CHOSE,  to stick together as a army, instead of protecting the people/ they protected themselves, and enlisted others proving collusion, rather than justice.  How is that FAIR PLAY:  when they carry deadly force, OTHER WEAPONS, and can call on increasing numbers: while we do not.
7.  The foundation of this trial then becomes, not merely to exercise the decision that exists between freedom and authority.  But over the difference between freedom and rules/ thereby determining and returning the balance that must exist for peace and harmony in society, to form and survive.  That also requires this jury:   to decide if the need to call for redress of grievances as a state or nation does exist: so that we may rebuild our democracy, by returning to its simple constitutional foundations:   as is consistent with the preamble of this US constitution itself. The government then:  Becomes our own.

That preamble  reads: we the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquillity, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this constitution for the United States of America.

THIS IS THE AGREEMENT MADE, BETWEEN our people and their government, as a treasure to be protected and defended for the sake of freedom, liberty, and law.  As the HONORED  guarantees, which then became the fight, to become a nation/ against those who ruled them.  “The experts” who said: we will charge anything or do anything we want!     This state is so bound as well.
The foundation upon which all human and other sacrifice was made for this nation, it found in these words: it is our heritage as a nation.  And it is bolstered by and found supported within:   the declaration of independence and the bill of rights/ ideals, for which people died, were mutilated, lost everything of value to them, and even lost their family:   just to build, a life without rulers.

 The people who say: “IF you don’t do exactly what I say, or if I just want you too/ THEN I can kill you, enslave you, imprison you, or anything else I desire:   because you are so much less than me, you are worthless, unless a slave”.
Think about that, when you ask yourself, if a damn little rule is greater than freedom, where no threat, and no damage exists to society itself, or any other life.  Just a tiny infraction, common to the entire community.
We have not only the right to establish the true intent of democracy itself/ but a duty, and a responsibility to freedom, and those who made this nation possible.  It ain’t free/ because someone always wants to play god, any way they can.  Rulers, use rules to demand they can take your freedom away.  Laws govern society because they demand:   WE ARE ALL EQUAL,   NOBODY is better/ WE ARE ALL GUARANTEED, these things shall govern us all:   NO exemptions.  Everybody the same/ including presidents, or those called bums or women or men or colors or whatever it is.  In other words:   the constitution is sovereign and immune/ NOT the employee.   We the people, are next in line, by our true democratic vote: “a vote for myself, on the major issues and laws, of this day/ NOT a vote for someone to vote for me, BUT a vote for myself on the truth, called WE THE PEOPLE:  that then becomes the law, justice, and rights enforced;  of this nation.

THE BEGINNING SUMMATION
Our very foundations as a nation have been shaken, by those rulers who didn’t care enough to accept the fact:   they CANNOT simply take everything they want.  This demand for freedom, even though it is small and insignificant within itself/ IS NOT small or insignificant in our relationship to the limits and demands called DEMOCRACY.  We do have the right to choose for ourselves, the laws and the rules we shall or shall not obey: because we the people OWN THIS STATE AND NATION.    That means, it is our right to choose, what is or is not “the law of this land”.  While no one states or demands no rules (descriptions of procedure) should be allowed.  The right to expand or contract those rules to include the basic realities of life and freedom as an individual MUST be in compliance with our democratic principles.  They must be under our control/ NOT the control of a tiny few who then do whatever they want to us, instead of for us.

This story:   “Some fifty plus” years ago, my parents could have died, when an elderly man by their description came up to a stop sign/ fully stopped, and then pulled out immediately in front of them: they crashed/ he died.  Likely because the story goes “it was very sunny/ and it must have blinded him”.  Instead of helping him, that full stop, killed him/ because driving is a “fluid environment” that changes in time.  Had he been looking at the road prior to the stop sign/ he would have known a car was there.  He depended upon a rule/ but did not account for the sun, and he died.  Stop signs have not changed.  The further revelation: that a road, close to my home opened in my teenage years/ which claimed lives every year: until new road signs were put up: then not a single death, or accident;  in over thirty years hence.  It was not the alcohol claimed/ not even the tired drivers/ or pavement: IT WAS THE FAILURE of “the experts/ the rulers of the road” who didn’t care enough, and were too stupid and blind, to find out.  That caused their death.

As a jury, this is your opportunity to decide:   if redress of grievances is suited to the investigation of facts/ the protection of freedoms, large and small/ the foundation of our nation, as we the people are owners here.  By calling upon this  court:   to establish redress trial.  That means: this court shall cause to exist a public declaration of trial/ that we the people have a right to decide for ourselves, what the law, the rule, the rights, and the procedure shall be for our employees, and ourselves.  By the authority our constitution (both state and nation) gave to us/ as this state, called Illinois. Redress allows us to change, or redirect, or investigate, or examine, or describe, or control:   OUR GOVERNMENT, AS WE THE PEOPLE OF ILLINOIS.  That is not a power given to juries, with good cause.  Rather that is a power described legally, through each judicial district in IL: as the will of this people.  By gathering a jury, in each judicial district to hear this same trial, and determine for itself: what shall we demand to know about our government, and its employees.  Trials by jury,  to decide for the people, if we will or will not take control over our government/ our employees as a whole to court before this state or nation:  and demand accountability as the owners here.  Each and every jury so described MUST be assembled by lottery/ because none are unaffected with the outcome.  Majority rules. The right to review the job you have been doing at our expense:   IS FUNDAMENTAL TO EVERY BUSINESS.  Our contract with our employees is: THAT YOU WILL obey the constitution, and its intent.  That you will enhance and protect our democracy, and our future, and not gamble with our lives or the children.  That you will do the job for which you are paid/ and NOT steal, lie, or cheat us.  That you will RESPECT US ALL, AS EQUALS, under the law.  Which means NO ONE RULES HERE.  The law rules/ not the judge, politician, or police.  Not the money: BUT LIFE IN SOCIETY, as we decide it to be.
 Redress means:   WE TAKE OUR EMPLOYEES TO COURT, AND DEMAND TO KNOW BY THE EVIDENCE:  WHAT HAVE YOU DONE.  THE TRUTH, THE WHOLE TRUTH, AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH.  Or we put you in prison, for treason.

Democracy, “OUR AGREEMENT as a people”; called the constitution; as is built upon the declaration of independence and the bill of rights: IS OUR GOVERNMENT!

Critical to our future, is the truth regarding who has the power to decide our future, our fate as this world; alive or dead?

 

The war of rebellion against an entire people from the inside does not exist as simple weapons to kill/ RATHER IT EXISTS as the propaganda to move the people, within fear, by controlling their thought process, the medium of their conversation by giving them “experts”: you cannot win an argument, only the expert knows.

The final weakest link in destroying democracy so as to bring tyranny uncontrolled, the rebellion complete.  Is to take away the money.  Even though money is the least influential factor in society/ it still has a very virulent position:

What can we choose?  Returning to the four directions/ ingredients of society above.  We can choose to be FAIR in the disbursement of property, so that all have an honest opportunity, to reap their own reward.

The money is a separate issue, because it has no relationship to reality in or of itself/ it is simply what we are willing to believe.  Nothing more or less.

THE LAW OF THIS DEMOCRACY, AND ITS SOVEREIGN RULER, WHICH IS THE CONSTITUTION ITSELF, over every branch and every employee of our government. 

Taking control as a democracy is the same anywhere in this world.  YOU CANNOT simply confront the military, and take over governments by force without war.  RATHER YOU CAN CONFRONT THE “GOVERNMENT” BY LAWS, and the DEMAND FOR JUSTICE AND FAIR PLAY. 

The question of social order, then revolves around the courtroom and its fulfillment of DUE PROCESS, our demand as a society for justice, and fair play. 

Control means:   “The right to decide”.  Control comes in three forms:  

The rich man or woman always says: “throw it all away/ there is plenty more”.  What they mean is “plenty more for me”/ who gives a damn about you.

In the state of IL;   little describes the reality of that statement better, than the football program at the U of I, Urbana.  First they steal 121 million dollars, plus maintenance and expense; for a “press box” over the stadium for 6 afternoons a year: “kings and queens DON’T sit with slaves OR servants”.  Now they steal another 3 million to pay for a coach they fire, for not winning.   Or more carefully understood:  these bastard’s signed our name (taxpayer) to another 3 million dollar debt/ just because they could.
 DUE PROCESS HAS NOTHING TO DO, “WITH THE DISCRETION OF A JUDGE”! THE LAW IS, WHAT THE LAW SAYS.  The constitution is “not a rule, not discretionary”. IT’S THE LAW; mandatory before the people, a direct and real demand on the employees themselves, by WE THE PEOPLE!  The law is supported, or this democracy is dead; “that’s how democracy works”.
REDRESS confiscates power, killing pride: by returning that power to the people. “Who wants that”?
Fear will strip you of freedom, overthrow governments, dissolve society: because it is a command that refuses freedom and insists, “we cannot be wrong; even in such tiny things as this”.  While it is true we cannot be wrong about true threats/ it is also true, if you surrender your freedom to fear:   you get tyrants instead of democracy.   Because that is proven in history:   every time.  The rules will attack you/ the ruler will then own you, because you didn’t do, “exactly” as he or she said.  Is that not so!

IF MY FREEDOM, MY POSSESSIONS; can be so easily attacked by a uniform/ with penalties that constitute extortion.  Then,  WHERE IS OUR DEMOCRACY?   If our constitutional law IS NOT OBEYED by our employees/ THEN, WHERE IS OUR DEMOCRACY?
IT IS TIME, “to govern ourselves/ by the laws we create, and the foundations we establish, and the democracy we prove is in fact:      
WE THE PEOPLE. That begins and ends with redress/ because it is the only way; apart from civil war:    TO ESTABLISH DEMOCRACY!    Choose war, and you will lose everything.  Choose nothing, and every threat of extinction will prove true.
The difference between UNITED AS ONE PEOPLE, GOVERNING OURSELVES BY THE LAW WE CREATE!  And the foundation of being ruled, by the employees creating rules/ creating tyranny/ and demanding slavery;   TRAITORS taking over our society for themselves, so we can be their slaves.   IS, WHO CONTROLS THE MONEY . OR MORE SIMPLY, THE DAMN HOG IS “out of his cage (they broke their oath to protect, defend, and obey the constitution)” & ROOTING where it don’t belong.  (No offense intended for the animal, they are made that way: PEOPLE CHOOSE). 

REALITY SAYS:   use redress, as the constitutional law which demands an accounting/ the correlation of facts/ the investigation of truth: and the foundation of ownership which is the demand called DEMOCRACY.    “We own this nation, by the laws we create and enforce under our constitution:   the agreement, which built this nation.  The reality, which gave men and women, the hope, and the sacrifice;   to be killed/ mutilated/ or forced from their lives, by war FOR THIS SINGULAR PURPOSE CALLED FREEDOM.  Our freedom is stolen/ because they took our working lives, and called it money.  By making us numbers, they could control: they then made a fantasy and a delusion out of images, called “the dollar bill”.   Or more simply: the printed numbers, not the worker/ now controls society.  That makes us slaves: because the numbers have absolutely no correlation with facts or realities of life and living and resource.  OR, IT’S A LIE!  There is NO capitalism here/ just anarchy that begins with stealing the money/ has now moved to complete tyranny, by the advent of politicians making a law:   which takes away all judicial rights, making a few DICTATORS over us. That is criminal seizure of our democracy by tyrants; and it is absolutely illegal, by constitutional law. By giving them the few/ the power, to lock anyone up forever     just because “the proud or powerful say so”. AND they moved by law, that the army shall now be allowed, or called to do “law enforcement” within this nation.  No court/ no say/ no rights/ no democracy: weapons instead:   IS,                          HITLER in charge!  (Go look it up/ its current).
THIS IS, THE PRELUDE TO:    “Kill anyone we don’t like”.
The answer, of the living: is NOT violence/ beyond what is absolutely necessary, if there is no other way.     The difficult part of every life is, how much passion are you willing to lose/ because the reality is, every passion has its price.
The answer of the living is the law!  Because the law enforced is an army of its own/ declaring and defining WHO has the right, and WHO is in the wrong, a criminal act.  Fear is your greatest enemy/ because fear is the assumption that want can intervene on your behalf.  A complete lie!  Only the law can intervene on our side, everything else is war.  And war, will simply hasten the end because we don’t have resources to waste;  not anymore.  Kill a billion people/ still 6 billion (6,000,000,000) more to go.  WAKE UP.
Don’t believe me.  RATHER GO TO COURT/ DEMANDING REDRESS:    SO THAT YOU SHALL INVESTIGATE AND DETERMINE THE TRUTH, THE WHOLE TRUTH, AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH.  Thereby being able to understand, what is necessary to protect your lives, your children, and this planet.  NO MORE guessing!  NO MORE denying, because it ain’t what you want!  GO, UNDER REDRESS and find your truth/ before it consumes you entirely, along with this world.   It’s the law! Or more simply: ain’t no man or woman allowed to claim sovereignty over, OR immunity from, constitutional law.  NOBODY!  The constitution rules over society, by its sovereignty over us all.  WE THE PEOPLE:  ARE OWNERS, not you.   WE have the right to decide, the debt/ the future/ the removal of threat/ for or against world law/ and when we will go to war; NOT you.  We have the right to change our government, under constitutional direction and law/ NOT YOU.  We own the resources, and we decide what capitalism is/ ownership of property, by limits/ the standards placed upon money and credit:  and YOU present at our demand;  accountability through redress, the legal demand as owners to know: THE TRUTH/ an investigation by law.  The reality: To take back our government.

They chose to “make themselves happy”/ by making us their slaves.  They did so, by inflating everything for themselves/ while giving us debts to insure we would continue to be their slaves throughout time. These are decades worth of abuse, not trivial moments; these are invasions of our lives, and a complete rebellion against democracy WHICH IS:   UNITED WE STAND, AS ONE PEOPLE; AGAINST, those who would otherwise rule our lives.   We do demand our property, and our lives back! Thereby we DO understand: THE REBELLION against us, has been severe. Because the few seek to divide us all/ and rule our lives instead of sharing this nation with us; instead of caring about anything or anyone, but themselves.  They have denied us a future by threat.  They have mutilated nature by choice.  They have created extreme experiments that can destroy the planet, when they fail; taking all life with them.  They have ruined, destroyed, polluted, disgraced, thrown away, or attacked everything the future needs.  And shown absolutely no sign of remorse. The judiciary conspires to contain and destroy REDRESS, a constitutional law, demanding that we are the owners here/ NOT our employees.  They have made laws and allowed disasters to happen, because “money comes first”/ never life: the purpose “to eat out our lives”.  They have prepared for war against us.  They have destroyed the foundations of a true “free press”/ by giving those entities over to the control of,  the “rich”.  They have harassed and threatened nations, in our name.  They have built a war machine with weapons of mass destruction; that can end this world instead of protect it.  They have let “wall street” steal our jobs/ send our businesses away/ destroy our securities; and counterfeit money by the trillions; for decades; ending as our bankruptcy.  They have let large monopolies like “microsoft” destroy the competition.  They have taken away the opportunity of small business to compete; by failing to govern properly. They have threatened our food supply with their foolishness and failure.  They deliberately threaten our water supply.  They refuse the responsibility for oxygen, and our need to breathe.  Destroying oceans/ environments/ ecologies/ chains of life/ bringing extinction/ overpopulation and MORE.  All because they want money, power, and pride more, than life for you or me.
For these reasons and more:   we must find within ourselves, the demand for REDRESS.  The assertion, that our constitution shall rule/ and the preamble of that document along with the bill of rights, and declaration of independence design a new beginning.  Where change is OUR DECISION.  Where life in this society is: BY OUR DESIGN.  WHERE TRUTH, and the acceptance of truth, as reality knows it to be valid and real: SHALL LEAD US ALL.  No more fantasy, delusion, greed, or hate shall rule; as is today. For the sake of life first in this nation, and on this planet.  HERE, AND NOW!

LIFE IS, the elemental identity of your participation in life itself, as heart and soul/ through the decision called thought.

UNTIL a behavior creates a substantial, “a true potential endangerment” or established public threat that needs interdiction in some form;   for the public safety itself/ freedom must rule.
The reality of social justice is called into question.  And the ability of this society to govern itself/ rather than be governed by those who believe themselves “superior”: is identified as a reality in need of supervision.  Or more specifically, the foundation of our democracy is: that when called into question, by a citizen who believes there is a need for society itself to be involved.  A need for redress of grievances as is identified by the fifth amendment of the ILLINOIS CONSTITUTION.  WHICH DOES grant to me a jury to decide if in fact, they do or do not agree: with my assessment, that “our employees of state government” have exceeded the authority to insure public safety;  the authority to assess any price they wish to a fine on our behavior, such as is driving; the authority to impose “special rules: I can take your money, even though society itself/ nor any individual was ever threatened or involved but me”:   is a judgment TOO FAR, from freedom to be recognized as law. 

FREEDOM IS NOT, a rule; that allows me to be followed and entrapped by a tiny “didn’t do EXACTLY, what he, the ruler  commanded/ didn’t bow down to the rule, therefore entitled to be whipped”:   to pay ANY DAMN FEE they proclaim!  That is tyranny, that is the demonstration of a disease infecting society that portrays “democracy is dead”.  Because a rule is greater than freedom.  A true law protects society/ a rule gives a tyrant cause to destroy democracy.  Particularly demonstrated:  when it is proven that such rules, and the reality of a courtroom in this state; ARE ONLY USED against the people instead of for society.
A Proven statement, without any possibility of refusal, by irrefutable witness within the courtroom at trial, in this state of IL: over numerous lawsuits, such as 10-MR-906 James Osterbur  versus state of IL et al.  The most recent.  The judiciary proves in open rebellion to the law itself: as identified from this excerpt of trial.

In this courtroom E, in Champaign county IL/ on this day:   I am here for redress, the state of ILLINOIS fifth guarantee to the citizens/ I am here for redress, the United States of America; first amendment legal right, to assemble the people; establish our grievances: and demand the investigation of what we believe is wrong, with this state and nation: BY LAW, and constitutional right.  ALL other issues, involved in this case:  are abandoned at this time.
A decision to defy this democracy and its people/ by traitorous acts. NOT just the rule of due process which was broken/ but the LAW OF REDRESS, which is a cornerstone of our democracy itself.  That IS a criminal act.

Rather redress is a legal assembly of the people to discover the knowledge, and decide the most credible path to OUR DEMOCRACY/ our SECURITY/ and our FUTURE.  As we design it to be ourselves. Redress is the same: an agreement among the people establishing the demand, “THIS IS, OR THIS IS NOT; the government we established for ourselves!”  And if not, then the question must be: WHY is it not?  If not, by majority rule:  the trial THEN begins, wherein testimony and punishment for liars shall be established/ evidence gathered/ and the people served with justice.  By letting the law decide, NOT the employee.  Redress is:   the right to investigate our governmental employees and their actions/ as we the people, see fit.
The fifth amendment/ guarantee, and instruction to you, our employees: that CANNOT LEGALLY be denied: by our constitution as a state called WE THE PEOPLE.The latest being case 10‑MR‑906 in Champaign county court.  The reality is: THAT YOU, have failed to do your duty to me!  THAT YOU have failed our democracy and rebelled against this people by denying their laws!  THAT YOU, have chosen anarchy and the denial of “WE THE PEOPLE” as the true government here/ and set yourselves up as rulers over us instead.  That is a traitorous act/ that is rebellion, and anarchy: that is treason to me, and to this people.  And must not be supported without a fight.  Consequently this is now a legal tax revolt:   NOT AGAINST TAXATION, (the deliberate work for society itself)/ but against those who believe they can rule us, steal our lives, and enslave our existence:  instead of working for us all, as the constitution and the law allow.  You have chosen a criminal route in denying to me constitutional law/ as I am promised, BY THE FOUNDATION OF EVERY COURT: the GUARANTEED RIGHTS OF THE    IL OR USA   CONSTITUTION  CANNOT be denied to me.  THESE ARE, “the government”:   by the people/ for the people/ and of the people,   in  this state and this nation through fifth amendment state, and  first amendment US law.  I am denied, BY TYRANTS, OR TRAITORS:  Not by law!  The price for that is a courtroom: WHEREIN I WILL BE TOLD HOW IT IS YOU CAN DENY A CONSTITUTIONAL LAW, and call yourselves anything but “traitors”.

   YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO DENY ME, my constitutional guarantee! That is tyranny and treason. That means it is you who have broken the law, that means you are a traitor in rebellion against the constitution itself/ and it is you who owe me: nothing less than,  THE RIGHTS I am promised.  Because you do not obey the constitution but deny it instead: you stand against the law that is our government.  That means you do not collect taxation for rebellion. Rulers who collect for your own gluttony and  purposes/ thereby robbing the people, to play god over them with your pride.  That is anarchy.

THE RULE IS:   that we pay taxes, for the benefit of ourselves and our society and our future!   We the people have NEVER agreed: “you can give your idols, your fools, your failures, and your idiots:    our money, to play king or THE RULE IS:   that we pay taxes, for the benefit of ourselves and our society and our future!stitution/ There is no immunity for defying our constitution/ there is no sovereignty or authority over the constitution: it is the law, it is our government, as WE THE PEOPLE: and we demand obedience to your oath.
CALLED AS WITNESSES, as representatives for,  WE, the PEOPLE;   and OUR  CONSTITUTION OF THIS STATE OF ILLINOIS:   to insure OUR DEMOCRACY shall be protected/ OUR CONSTITUTION shall be obeyed/ OUR LAWS shall be enforced/ AND OUR RIGHTS shall be upheld.  TO DEMAND: those who have made an oath, SHALL keep it, in full!  Or pay the price of their failure: EQUALS UNDER THE LAW.    Do we not go to jail for breaking contracts/ oaths/ laws/ and preforming acts of betrayal against this society?   Indeed “we the people, do”. 
Although civil war is imminent, without justice/ it is not from me.   Because if the law is not substantial enough to move this society/ then I just won’t belong to it anymore; you will be abandoned to your fate.
I DEMAND THE LAW CALLED CONSTITUTIONAL FIRST AMENDMENT REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES SHALL BE KEPT, BY OUR EMPLOYEES. That is my demand.
HAS BEEN TRAMPLED UPON, by our employees, who stole everything they could find; and when they could not find more; THEY STOLE FROM EVERY CHILD.  And when that was not enough, you stole from the world. and when that was not enough, you stole the homes and the lives which are a foundation to this nation.  As every anarchist does: FULLY INTENDING to tear it down, by your dreams and images of playing god over our head/ by making us your slaves, with numbers without end for you/ and endless work and loss for us.  “You get all the money”/ we get all the debt: what could be more clear!  and then comes taxes, to steal the rest.

We enter the question of what change truly means, to the individual, the nation, and the world: by asking, “WHAT CAN WE DO”? 
The answer is, RESPECT OUR REALITY, AND LET TRUTH DECIDE FOR US.

Therefore the real question becomes, WHAT does truth say to us all?  Since a lot has already been written about that, it is time to understand the rest instead or repeating it.  I will repeat however, that population control is an absolute necessity, regardless what your religion says/ IT IS OUR NEED, as human life on earth.  Not a choice.   It is a decision, only women get to make/ no man allowed.  Fail to respect that as any man, and your own consequences will be eternal.  Their body, their right.

Truth says: the foundation of working together as a human society is based upon letting everyone contribute as best they can.  UNLIKE the current demand which is “ONLY THE DAMNED, university expert can decide/ the rest are garbage, to be stepped on”.  Therefore we begin with what can all the people do, to communicate their best efforts/ and what can we do as a society to listen:   so that all can benefit from the wisdom of life, gained as a human being, intending to benefit all?  Common sense is, simply the truth of what pain and reality will teach/ unlike the fantasy of university religions, and their deluded parishioner’s:   pain and reality teach truth.  Therefore instead of “dreams and stories”/ there will be disciplines, even if the story needs interpretation. 

I am not willing, to simply start writing for your ease.  The foundation of learning is simply this: that in order for you to recognize the disciplines you must, it is absolutely necessary that you do the work to understand, what it is that must be learned.  Or more simply, “the worlds worst rulers lead/ allowing none to intervene, or be heard:   because they want the glory, the power, and the pride for themselves.  Right or wrong.  While the people WHO DO help life on earth, whether many or just one:   the reality is always the same, “I will help you, to understand, by letting you do the work yourselves”.  That is how I am taught, nothing is free. But more important than that is: when I know for myself/ then I can understand, make a decision for my personal life, and accomplish the goal called wisdom, whereby it is possible for me to write for you.   If it is possible to guide you in a different direction, or participate by teaching something specific, as I have already done: then I become a teacher, and you the student of life.  When you do have something to teach me as well, the exact opposite is true, and we balance each other out:   so that no one leads, and all have their say.  Politely teaching the rest, so they too can be said,  “to be equal”, in these things.  There can be no experts, or leaders in the foundations which bring us to peace and harmony with life, planet, environment, etc.  Rather there is truth, identified by humanity as the direction we must go, because the discipline of known reality shows us all, “we can see the future”/ as best any human being can.  Because we chose the truth, and work for life.  Everybody is involved in peace and harmony, there is no separation/ there are “no seas, or boundaries” in human existence that keep us apart from this point onward.  We are joined, like it or not:   Because if we fail to understand our responsibility extends beyond this simple moment, or this simple place or body:   we lose life and time,  for us all.  We must all learn, so that we all know, protect, and serve this planet and the miracles that gave us life in time.  Not a game.

There are however MANY people who want nothing to do with peace and harmony or responsibilities for their lives/ they WANT POWER & PRIDE & SELFISHNESS & lust; etc.  Or more simply, hate is their only friend/ revenge & jealousy their only true thirst.  Our reality as a world:   will be determined by who wins that battle.  Or more simply “love or hate”/ it’s a choice.
If hate wins, and you remain nearly as you are: you shall claim its reward for you: every threat comes true, including the horrors of mutilation/ OR, one of the extreme experiments will take your life.

If love wins, and you do not only agree to change, establishing what women will choose, forever.  Then the separation of those who hate, from our lives will also begin/ when that time appears.  You will know it, because hate will try to make you fear/ so as to control and change your determination to remove them from your lives.  Without those who love/ all hate dies, because they cannot stand themselves or work without a fight.  If they cannot overcome you/ then revenge will overcome them.  It will be a war/ but hopefully a short and simple one, with minimal loss to life.  Not a game.  This is not about enforcing “our choice, as people who choose love instead of hate” on these others who demand hate.  This is about defining a boundary between love and hate: so that love can live as it desires/ and hate be forced to do the same. Opposites do not live together.
Rather, if you desire peace and harmony through love and friendship, it is a fact those who hate must be gone.  To their own section of this world, separated and contained; dependent upon how many there are.  Or if so vile, it must be so: then dead.  Not a game, we are so many people on earth/ there really is no other way.  Because without clear truth, responsibility, or respect: we cannot survive as long as it is possible for time to exist: unless we build on a foundation that can survive.  The future needs peace and harmony, to sustain ourselves and this planet;  its not a game.

You don’t get to be wrong anymore! You don’t get to be “baby sitting in shit/ anymore”:   Nature is in jeopardy/ the planet is threatened/ everything is approaching extinction rapidly/ war is looming, due to the consequences of your pride:   nothing is safe!   Therefore, Either you respect that reality, of current human decision/ or you fail, and the planet dies.  Ending time on earth.  Its YOUR decision.  No second chances, this is it.  As is obvious by the extremes that can be proven to  threaten us all.  Not a game.
These were your decision/ or you simply followed and didn’t care about the consequences to anyone or anything, but yourself.  Eternity will remember that!  I GUARANTEE IT!  
CHOOSE BETTER.

DO remember this, that anger is not hate/ anger can be “fixed”.  Hate is a liar, and will not be “fixed”, even though it will pretend:  because revenge and jealousy, are desired more than life.

Remember as well, that I am NOT the difference between whether you live or die/ I am NOT the difference between whether you believe in this warning or not: you are!  Each and every single one.  Nothing is more important, than removing all these threats which will exterminate us, if we do not.  The planet is threatened, in countless ways:   “From your couch”/ you get to die: GET UP, and open your voice one way or the other.  Why die whimpering and diseased: fight for life, as best you can. 
Some will say, this fight is worthless, and should have been done better/ or would have been done better “if   GOD   was really in it”.  That is for you to decide, this is the best I did do: plain and simple, no excuses/ it is the best I did do; good or bad.  The same will be true for you! 

I will however remind you, that over the decades of my life that have been lost, because YOU ABSOLUTELY REFUSED TO listen to anything but greed, pride, want, and selfishness.  The only thing left to “beat a hole in your head” was temptation/ manipulation/ control/ and bribery;   which cannot save anything, because it WON’T last.  You must understand the situation and choose.  Until it was at least possible for you to hear, nothing else could be done.  Until you were facing the truth of your choices: nothing else could be done: YOU DIDN’T CARE!  You chose, to believe “they know what they are doing”/ and consequently, they lied/ stole/ cheated/ threatened/ mutilated/ rebelled against democracy and life/ and chose to gamble an entire planet so they could play god over you.  You have become bankrupt. You have become “toys and slaves” to those who believe they are gods.  You have become surrounded by the tragedy of their failure, foolishness, and fantasy.  Because you didn’t care enough to be concerned with anything but greed, want, lust, selfishness, or hate.  Humanity itself has then failed.  And the constant even today is:   YOU HIDE and run away;   even though the house is on fire, and you must put it out or die. 
Some will argue:   “He is a fool, he is insane, he is whatever ridicule can hope to bite”.  Because the most effective means of discarding something important/ is to turn against an individual, and make him or her the decision instead.  I am NOT your decision.  Your decision is to decide if one or any or all of these threats identified before you is “possible to cause either tremendous grief/ or death for us all”.  That is your decision, and if you find even the slightest possibility of that evidence: then ONLY A FOOL turns away, until everything has been done to prevent the loss of us all, an entire planet.  There are NO SECOND CHANCES.  We either live or die/ there is nothing in-between. 

Some will still argue, “look at his own words, female spirit and all/ HOW can you listen to anything he says”?  But the reality is, what you don’t understand, has nothing to do with whether it is true or not.  You don’t understand “enormous amounts of things”/ but they are all still true.  As to descriptions of me: I have studied by a tiny amount, the methods of mass hypnosis (how did these people get here?).  And find it is largely due to three separate things:   they became upset with their lives and situation/ they were told only what they wanted to hear, or threats were given so as to make them fear/ they were given a leader to focus on, the illusion of someone special, “listen to him”:  so as to NOT make their own decisions or do their own work in defining a cause and understanding the appropriate answer as is identified by truth.  Consequently in response to that: the first situation is entirely your fault.  The second situation has been dealt with as effectively as possible to give you the information necessary.  The third situation is:   I tell you a little about me, so that it is absolutely impossible for you to design “a leader: someone special”.  Rather I am the same, if not just a touch odd, to some.  Merely trained a little different: enough to know, YOU MUST DEFINE YOUR OWN ANSWER, accept YOUR OWN TRUTH, and do your own work for life.  Don’t look to me, look to truth itself, and do the best you can:   life or death for a planet is cause enough!

In less frightening news, than reality: the collapse of an entire planet.  The games that come from the never ending demand of leaders:   “We don’t want to surrender our pride, or power”!   Consequently they take no responsibility at all.  As is constant in the flood of numbers, so that “the rich man” doesn’t have to pay/ or give anything back, from the games that were played.  The constant that is “the rich man” is:   “Its MINE ALL MINE/ go get your own. THIS IS MINE, and I won’t give nothing back”; even if there is no more, and if there is a tiny bit left, he WILL commonly fight you for it.  Even though the reality is:   others are now dying, stealing because they have too, selling their bodies to survive, letting the children be abused, surrendering their future to drugs, and giving up all hope as is suicide; even souls lost, because their situation is bleak. And no one is there to be even the possibility of a friend. Has the media not taught you to “fear every one”!  Indeed they have.

All of that, a direct result of the games people play with each other/ instead of respecting life itself.  But there is also the constant demand: I WANT EVERYTHING, from all sides/ until its all gone, and everyone then has nothing, but tears and hate.
The reality of this political day is: in america, one party wants to spend regardless of the cost, give me more/ while the other party wants to give everything to the rich, because they paid for the leaders and want their return:   both see the public as merely slaves to be used or abused.
The reality of this day in economic terms is: all leaders grabbed onto the idea, “we don’t need NO DAMN STABILITY in our currency”/ we can just print numbers, and take everything we want;   let the public be our slaves, “they are too stupid to know: we the leaders,  stole them blind, and left them naked and cold”.  Or more clearly, THEY CAN’T stop us from taking everything we want.

Comes the truth of this day: releasing more numbers into the currency, GIVES ALL those numbers to the rich man to spend/ so that he can take all the property and the resources and the rights and the government and the courts and the military for himself.  Because “he now has all the money”/ ain’t that so!  Did you get your cut, when they passed out trillions?  Ten thousand dollars per each and every one of one hundred million people: is the math.  Did you?  NO, you did not/ but someone did!   You got their debts/ they took your money; the end result is you are working as slaves/ and they are being given money (your work and resources) for free. Numbers without true meaning, are just numbers.  They do have to feed you even as slaves or you die.  Didn’t have to do a damn thing/ they just gave it to me, cause we own the government and courts.  Let the slaves holler and squeal/ let them die:   who cares, are there not too many?
These numbers they pass out among themselves DO HAVE A PURPOSE, AND DO CREATE AN IMPACT, so long as you remain believers so caught up in the reality “WE DON’T WANT TO PAY THIS PRICE”.  Accepting their delusions, and fantasizing we don’t have to pay for this.  That is a lie/ you do.  The price will be war/ OR IT WILL BE COURT:   the people against their government: defined, investigated, established by truth and reality, and confronted by what is or is not now fair; or more simply the best we can do.  IT’S A CHOICE!  The numbers are merely toys, “they look like the real thing/ but they aren’t”.  Which means the game you play has an ending.  It cannot survive.  The longer you play, the less chance this earth will survive: that includes you, and your death for failure to accept reality.  THE DECISION, “TO BE GROWN UPS”/ is waiting.  The reality of “ITS NOW TOO DAMN LATE”/ IS COMING!   Make up your mind, or be killed, because you just plain stood there, panicked and afraid;   a coward by all descriptions of reality.
You must rebuild BETTER.  Or you die, one way or the other/ all these threats cannot be “wished away”.  All this debt cannot be “pushed behind closed doors much longer”:   because there are so many people now, that the resource loss will kill you if nothing else.  You want to give your last breathe to “the rich man”/ did he not take everything else?   STOP BEING AFRAID, and do the work that must be done.  Its not a game, the end will come/ rather than a new beginning if you don’t take control as a democracy (WE THE PEOPLE), and understand what the truth here is.

Taking control as a democracy is the same anywhere in this world.  YOU CANNOT simply confront the military, and take over governments by force without war.  RATHER YOU CAN CONFRONT THE “GOVERNMENT” BY LAWS, and the DEMAND FOR JUSTICE AND FAIR PLAY.  As you establish among yourselves what is expected in this society: as the reality of justice and fair play by law.  THEN you can “adjust society” to your needs and desires/ imprisoning leaders, for their failure under the law, if they refuse.  THE LAW IS AN ARMY, the law is determined by who does make those laws.  The people make their own law, by challenging the status quo: with change this law for us/ we demand it must be so.  The failure to accept justice and fair play: becomes an army against the leaders, so as to reveal this one or these fundamentally ARE “THE ENEMY”.  Once they become the enemy, of justice/ fair play/ law/ and equality:   there is no place to hide.   Once they are rulers by military fear alone/ the people turn away, to find new solutions of their own.  The army must then choose for themselves/ and without any merit left: there will be those who desert hate.
Every army is, “an assortment of the poor”/ largely led by the rich man’s son; or those who swear to protect the rich man, in one form or another.  That is a divide, not easily protected.
But like the police, who understand particularly in hard times:   IF I DON’T do what I am told/ then I end up like them.  Consequently the difference between “people who align with the rich”/ and people who align with the poor.  IS THE REALITY of what happens to me? 

When building a new society, a change in government: the very first thing that must be done is then establishing, “what will happen to us, in this future proposed”?  That is done with law/ that is established with JUSTICE, FAIR PLAY, AND EQUAL treatment of all.  When the people believe this is possible, then the majority shall choose to let it be so.  While all the rich continue to say, “ WE MUST NOT let this happen”/ because that means they will not be “excessively rich” anymore.  This is functionally a turn into reality, by the means of truth.  Truth and law lead/ MEANS, the rich man does not.  That leaves the military and police, without their excuse.
So then we ask:   what can possibly be the result of this?
The question of social order, then revolves around the courtroom and its fulfillment of DUE PROCESS, our demand as a society for justice, and fair play.  When that is functionally visible and proven to be true: “this is happening for us”.  Then we have obtained our democracy by the laws we established for ourselves.  We control the court/ BY GIVING THEM NO IMMUNITY from the law.  Rather the law rules the courtroom, and the judge must comply with those demands: as we the people write them to be.  As we the people control them to be, with our vote.
The reality of social economics IS:   as it has always been, the rich, and those who want to be rich; demand power and pride.  Pride (I WON), demands a trophy.  Which is constantly the demand to use all of societies resources, “to make me great/ like a god, before YOU”.  Therefore large projects are built, large buildings created, large extreme experiments are undertaken; etc:   JUST TO PROVE, “I am like a god”/ next to you.  These rob society of its life and its future.

The foundation of every society is a framework within which we all find within ourselves an opportunity to do something that is legitimately worthwhile, and helpful to our lives and society in general.  That framework is nothing less than a right to be considered and treated as an equal, WITH RESPECT.  That means literally, INSTEAD of the rich man controlling everything including a job:   we the people must control it for ourselves. 
Control means:   “The right to decide”.  Control comes in three forms:   the right to decide for myself (freedom)/ the right to decide for society by vote of the majority (liberty)/ and the right to enforce the law, as it exists (legal boundaries).
To understand these is very simple:   a legal boundary exists to punish those who fail to keep this limit.  Liberty exists to understand, what constitutes a right to say, “not in my yard, property, etc”.  While freedom asserts, “You CANNOT tell me what to do, what to think, or in any way alter my decision:   unless it truly and significantly affects your life in ways that cost you something substantial”.  Any substantive restriction you place on someone else/ is a restriction you place on yourselves: just like anything they manage to restrict you from doing, is a restriction on them.  Consequently be careful what you do/ because it AIN’T as simple as it sounds.  Happiness is controlled by freedom, and without happiness societies crumble and fall.

THESE ARE THE BASIC PRECEPTS OF UNDERSTANDING,   “How best to rebuild a society”.  They are a beginning, that you do understand.  The evil in every society, are those who use “rules, to undermine” what the vast majority have decided for themselves shall be our truth.  The evidence of what that means is evident in most of the trials I have provided you with.  Control the rules/ or power will seep in and control you: taking with it your everything, if they succeed.  Build with law, or you fail!
The methods of providing work to each other/ sharing the burdens of life and society with each other/ and so on are for you to decide.  Each nation itself.  Its your choice.  But the building of a democracy: WE THE PEOPLE RULE OURSELVES BY LAW.  Is the same for each one.  Do the best you can, its important!
The constant harassment that is information gathering on individual lives is a direct attempt to control you, by understanding what you will accept as true or legitimate, even if selfish.  As is every questionnaire/ every survey/ etc; even the advertizement’s are watched closely to see “what will you accept”: so as to determine what “your leaders/ the rich” can do to you or say to you to propagate their agenda.  The end result is a careful delusion surrounds “the experts” who come to instruct your lives in what to believe or think.  “We have already discounted your ideas, and produced the response to kill your doubt”.   Or then, believe in us/ because we do have the knowledge you don’t!  When in fact, they simply gleaned that knowledge in its very limited forms from the public itself, and then corrupted it for their usage. 

I too, have taken the constant that is “an expert” declarations of knowledge/ and turned them around to discount their ideas, and force you to decide for yourselves.  Because they don’t have the knowledge, and they won’t allow a  challenge to preconceived and predicated ideas such as evolution/ BECAUSE THEY WILL LOSE.  This is one of the foundation demands of university/ and has been catastrophic in its effects of demoralizing the public; so as to mutilate and control life on earth:   because “they are superior”.  Sufficient information has been left on these sites to confront and control them; to kill this damned religion/ sewer. BUT THE MEDIA, will likely never help you, because the control by university diploma, is their means to greed and selfishness as well.  “Nobody allowed, but a diploma”.  If the diploma dies from stupidity and storytelling; their authority as “experts” dies with it.  So they allow you to be threatened as an entire world with extermination, BECAUSE THEY ARE SO DAMNED PROUD.   Hell, its our money, pride, power, and lust: WE WON’T NEVER surrender.  Simple as that.

The rich man or woman always says: “throw it all away/ there is plenty more”.  What they mean is “plenty more for me”/ who gives a damn about you.  But of course that is no longer true, there isn’t any extra for anyone; because we do stand as roughly one person on every acre of ground that can grow something for us to eat.  When the ocean surrenders, soon now: there will be war, because a billion people will starve.  Do you see the problem?  WAKE UP/ it is too late to fix it when you are starving.  Too late to stop the slaughter of all livestock, past the point of no return (the numbers cannot recover) when that happens as well.  Etc/ etc/ etc.  Which obviously means WE MUST do what we can do, TODAY/ in an effort to stop the tragedy certain to come tomorrow.  Of such things are the end to a single other acre taken out of production for any other use than agriculture: the production of food supplies, for this world.  The introduction of methods that use less, to produce more.  Stopping the waste of water, or its poisoning immediately.  And much more.  It is a choice.  That includes a demand:   you simply CANNOT burn all these fires (machines too) and expect to breathe easily, within the next ten years.  It won’t happen/ do the math.  Change now, because once it becomes too late: time will not let you survive long enough to recover then.  That of course means war/ which then kills us all.  Not a game.

So then we come to the bottom line, so to speak where the totals are added together: the price laid out.

Fail to accept what is true, and reality or men, as led by the university diploma:  will destroy us all.
Fail to accept change REQUIRES DIFFERENT/ and you will fail life itself, because without real change we shall not go much farther as life in time on earth.
Fail to understand we are now SO MANY PEOPLE; that this fact and its consequences:  does control the future.
Refuse to accept the disciplines of real law, as dictated by “us all”/ or cause that to exist:   and we war, to our end.
Refuse to believe the university is “less than a god/ providing ONLY trinkets and toys to amuse and entertain you”.  And they consume your planet, your future, your life, and your child: everything, because that is our reality.
Refuse to put LIFE FOR THE PLANET MUST COME FIRST, in everything/ thereby removing money as your “god”: or, everything dies in horror.  And soon.

It is fundamentally true, that people want leaders, to lead them/ believing that now “its NOT MY fault”/ don’t blame me, lets all blame them.  That is no longer valid: because this time, there will be no second chances if you fail.   The game is over. Because the evidence proves that is so.  Or more simply “you cannot be led to your own death”/ without your own consent, you must be dragged.  To stop being dragged: You must do the best you can/ you must participate in the decisions that determine whether all life on earth shall survive or not.  You must understand the enormity of risk/the reality of consequences/ and the fundamental truth:   nobody gets to follow anymore, we all have our say.  We all have our job, whatever that is; for the planet.  We all participate in responsibility, duty, honor, and respect/ OR NOT.  It’s a choice.

As for me, you cannot defeat reality by merely destroying me/ or even this warning:   because truth absolutely does not care what you want.  It is what it is/ and our truth is numerous threats each of which can bring our extinction as life or a planet:   to this reality.  Like it or not.  Neither can you make me change by attacking those who are near/ IT CHANGES NOTHING, I guarantee it, not even me.  It just deepens the terror and horrors  of hades for your eternity.  This is an entire world of life being fought for, individual lives CANNOT change the outcome.  We must change together, for life.

My reality is: finding absolutely NO POSSIBILITY of sustained survival in male truth, for this planet/ I turned to female: “do you have an answer”?  This continued work,  is the result.  It is its own proof.  But, there is a price to me: that cannot be held back/ I just can’t do it.  Which is “female is in charge of my life”/ change was required to sufficiently understand that answer.  That means:   to men/ DO NOT interfere, I am whatever it is women will make of me, “to help or not”/ or whatever it is otherwise.  Not a game, I don’t know the ending or the path, or the immediate future.  To women:   I have never been “confused”.  However learning, by realities and responses,  I simply cannot control, exists”/  it is a limited knowledge, and a dramatic change, more than you can imagine.  Kindly respect the intent, the purpose, and the reality: “please”.  I am not “a toy”/ kindly remember that.
And do understand, this is not a plea (if they hate me, and you help: then they will hate you too)/ you don’t have to do anything.  That includes protecting, listening, or whatever it is to be.  That is your choice, I already made mine.  I am NOT the difference between whether the planet lives or dies, “you are”/ I can only help, if alive: and I have tried to minimize that as much as possible.  My intent is, that you should have everything you need, today.  But as with everything “it ain’t perfect”/ as is nature.  Because nature could, “take care of itself, until now”: perfect enough.  Mutilating that to play god, as is the university delusion: simply could NOT be more insane.
It is always possible, that humanity across this world will recognize and accept what is true must lead the way; thereby pride cannot control or threaten or demand you must fear by violence, etc.  BUT I DOUBT IT (even if the masses do/ plenty will be left who hate me). Not so much a prediction as a fact of life.  The reality of producing law, and change non-violently (as much as is possible):  requires critical communications, and fundamental knowledge: with a passion to do the best you can.  Less than that, and you fail.  Why let anyone kill you, without a fight?  Learn when that is necessary. Learn when, to simply look beyond time, and accept eternity.  The difference, relies upon the truth.  Playing GOD, is not up to you or me: we get to do, the best we can/ or not.

I DO expect considerable ridicule, as should you: the initial battle plan of all “winners/ and losers looking for revenge” IS ridicule.  Ain’t giving nothing up: “lets make him lose” instead! Irrelevant/ just remember, I AIN’T the decision: whether you allow the threats that can exterminate you to continue is.  A second minimal issue is: if you will continue to allow liars and thieves to enslave and steal your lives?  That is up to you/ my true concern is the planet, and ALL its life.  You have nothing here without that, nor do I: “there AIN’T no running away from a dead (nothing left), exploding, on fire like the sun, mutilated, or dying planet.”  And we are standing on that threshold;   believe it or not.  I tell you again, “don’t believe me”/ that is NOT what I ask.  Rather GO SEARCH FOR THE EVIDENCE, and believe what is true.  Search for yourselves, rather than experts to tell you what to think, believe in common sense: the reality taught, by failure or success in life itself.  DO YOU WANT TO BE WRONG?  Do the work, think for yourself; as best you can.  Stop listening to the propaganda, “its killing you”.
While some might say, “he is just looking for female company or sex”/ the reality is:   I surrendered my life, all but a few teenage years to this truth: that we are truly threatened as a world.  That included women, because the world is so MUCH more important than any individual it cannot be left to chance.  Including me.  While I never expected it to take this long to conclude my own work:   I guarantee, none of this is an attempt to create, control, demand, or desire female company or sex.  That is the truth.  Simple and plain.  Neither is it a demand to be heard as a person, who is lonely, trying to take over your lives,  or in need of friends; etc.  This is, as is its truth:   a warning/ without change, we will all die.  If you cannot understand that, it truly is useless to continue the conversation.  The end.

Critical to our future, is the truth regarding who has the power to decide our future, our fate as this world; alive or dead? It is up to us to decide/ as we the humanity of this earth are its problem, its destroyer, and its potential savior.
The reality is, whosoever makes the law/ rules the land.  Whosoever controls the resource, controls the work.  Whosoever manipulates access to the vital links of communication and transportation, etc; controls the competition/ the propaganda.  Whosoever believes the money has value, gives that power to someone else, or consumes it for themselves.  Consequently as we look past this moment:   we see as a humanity, these are the primary tools or weapons which enslave or free us. There are others, but these are the human ingredients intended, to rule us all.
It is the money, that builds a military, and buys a weapon.  It is the desire for power and pride, that causes this to happen/ because if it was not for power and pride, “the demand by leaders to play god”, there would be world law, and its enforcement on the leaders.  Rulers HATE that reality/ therefore it does not yet exist, and will not until we the people choose it for ourselves.

The question essential, “to, power for the people”/ is built upon the single principle: do you have the means to survive as a society, WITHOUT rulers?  Or more simply, it is the least amount of government, that gives the greatest power to the people.  Because you are dependent upon yourselves/ and can be so, because you then do control the four ingredients or directions for society written above;   for yourselves.  The bigger the government, the more influence it has on your lives, thereby the less power to rule yourselves shall exist.  Therefore we understand simply: to be free REQUIRES a small government/ BUT it also requires these four ingredients to be respectfully balanced, and  under the control of the people themselves,  if not: THERE WILL be trouble.
In america, there is and has been a tremendous attack on who owns the law, and therefrom who can own the land by using inflation to create money for the rich/ while giving only debts to the people themselves.  With that terrorism used against democracy itself, the few have managed to encroach and destroy these preliminary defenses: which do give us all the possibility to make decisions on your own.  Consequently when they steal the property, and destroy justice in the courts as is plainly seen in the trials I present as an absolute denial of constitutional law by all representatives of the judiciary and politicians.  We know, that the rebellion has truly invaded all aspects of our government, with the clear intent to rule our lives, rather than serve our purposes as a democracy itself.  They then stole the money and the law, with intent to kill democracy itself:   can’t have you free/ “the DAMN SLAVES” MUST stay chained.  So there is war.

The war of rebellion against an entire people from the inside does not exist as simple weapons to kill/ RATHER IT EXISTS as the propaganda to move the people, within fear, by controlling their thought process, the medium of their conversation by giving them “experts”: you cannot win an argument, only the expert knows.  Regardless how ill-conceived, and stupid the fools are.  As is proven by the extreme experiments of this day/ the reality of evolution as the religion of US government, and so on. “evolution cannot and has not been proven at all/ its merely another story, built upon the delusions and fantasy of university myth, or, we know everything”. Nonetheless, the foundation of propaganda is controlling all the news media in this day; as has been done, by a tiny handful of people apart from the internet, “which they are working to control”.  Fail to obey the rules, and you are blacklisted forever.  People believe, because they hear only what the majority want to hear/ their entitlement to an opinion comes from a fifteen second blip segment, which is tailor-made through university efforts to be “sucked in” by the common public, and thereby instilled in common belief.  Or more simply the vast majority believe whatever they are told: even to the point of such extreme experiments that this entire world is placed in jeopardy of absolute disintegration or destroyed by fire or all of nature mutilated beyond recognition; by people who believe they are, or can be god.   Such is the blind worship of the religious and their “university is our god/ religion”.   You bow down/ and they then kill you, while you say, “please give us more”.  Pathetic is not even close. 
So then we come to access, the vital link between being free and able to defend yourselves under true conditions of calamity: and we find that nearly all small business has been dismantled and destroyed/ leaving only a tiny few:   TO BEG and pretend that there is a choice, other than do what we have been told to do.  Without options, there is no freedom; even if the descent seems to be useful (cheaper for me)/ IT WILL PROVE to be a disaster.  “Time to be robots, enslaved”/ or die. There are more.

The final weakest link in destroying democracy so as to bring tyranny uncontrolled, the rebellion complete.  Is to take away the money.  Even though money is the least influential factor in society/ it still has a very virulent position:   you believe, therefore it has an action placed upon you.  Rather than this is merely a tool, and we have rights as have been determined by life to work/ thereby access and survival: regardless what any other may say.  By surrendering our rights to work, choosing numbers (money) instead.  We give money the right to choose for us.  When money is allowed to choose/ there WILL BE a war to collect that power over people, so as to enslave them all.  Pride is pride/ and there shall always be the people who covet pride so much, they sell their own soul.  Consequently so long as money decides/ war is inevitable: because the game of pride demands “I WIN”/ nobody else! That time has ended on this earth, as nature is only barely able to survive right now/ take away any substantial more, and we all die.  Simple and plain. 

These are then the simple truths, that examine the disciplines in society, to determine its health.  Or in the case of america:   “Sick indeed”.  You are attacked at every important direction for life in society there is/ and losing badly.  The war will soon be over/ letting you starve will soon begin.  Some will claim “can’t happen here”/ but lets review:   ONLY MONEY is important/ and yet the money is worthless because it exists only in fantasy; the reality is bankruptcy, without the slightest potential for less.  That means, anger and hate will soon grow as the people themselves decide WE HAVE BEEN CHEATED/ and quit believing in money.  When greed dies, it takes with it all the hopes and expectations of the selfish.  When the selfish are dying, “they blame you”/ regardless of the actual facts.  When the nation is full of guns and bombs and “matches” and poison and more:   the end result of hate always revenge/ therefore it is a very predictable reality.  The propaganda machines will work hard to control: “don’t let them take our money and power away; the people must listen to us, we are like gods”/ but revenge will overwhelm them.  Access will be denied, “the livestock rounded up and penned”; so as to keep the people under control:   why do you think so many police have been added?  Police do not keep society from failing/ they merely lock the people up.  That is because no matter what the law says:   it is up to the people themselves to obey the law/ if they refuse, the police use their weapon which is prison: and hate then grows. “You took my friend/ family/ lover/ justice/ land/ future/ everything”; and called me loser to the world, locking me out.  How should I not hate you? 

So then lets review again: particularly in america, you are diseased and dying, because of the fools and failures who lied, cheated, and stole their way into government.  Is the evidence not clear?  Even so, the reality is far more serious than that, because terrorists have come: threatening an entire world with extinction from within.  The most extreme threats we all face, are not found with suicide bombers, or “al-queda”/ etc.  The most extreme threats we face are found right here, and in every university around this world.  There is no recovery from mutilating genetic life/ it will ALL, die a horrifying death; because you didn’t care, and worshiped your university gods, instead of RESPECTING life.  Only a fool does that!  Then there are the people who have convinced you to let them bring the same fire as is on the sun here to earth.  The people who have convinced you to let them re-create the single most destructive event in the history of the entire universe, right here on earth.  For absolutely no reward to all that risk, “just playing god”/ that’s all. And then there are the rebels who literally do work inside government to destroy democracy itself.  Plus all the people involved in dismantling everything life, environment, ecology, chains for food supply, survival, oceans, climate; and everything else we CANNOT possibly live without:   ALL WORKING AGAINST LIFE ON EARTH.  Because they don’t care enough about life, to put it first.  They ONLY WANT MONEY.  Or more simply, every damn thing they can grab, and more slaves (you), than the rest.  For the singular purpose, to call themselves winners/ by making all the others LOSER.  What a good game men devised, it almost makes war tolerable/ until the body mutilation comes: isn’t that so?

EVEN SO, the simple truth is:   like it or not, this is what human population has become, an endless sea of selfishness, that impacts the others until so much hate has arisen: that it is inevitable war will begin.  The end result, annihilation of the planet/ because nature cannot stand much more, even apart from weapons of mass destruction. 
So then our lives do become a decision: to choose better, OR if not/ then to die, from what seems like countless threats, every single one of which can make us all extinct.

What can we choose?  Returning to the four directions/ ingredients of society above.  We can choose to be FAIR in the disbursement of property, so that all have an honest opportunity, to reap their own reward.  That is not so simple as making every single one a property owner, with a tiny bit of land.  Rather it is more clearly a decision of society to accept the responsibility, which becomes “in the best interest of us all”.  Because when we are fair/ respecting life of all kinds/ then we build a future.
We cannot rule ourselves, UNLESS WE MAKE THE LAWS OURSELVES.  It is that simple/ we cannot let any judge rule the court:   we must judge him or her, through every trial conducted so as these decisions about who can and will become a judge, and determined by ourselves.  NO MORE politicians deciding, or money or populous voting on people you have no clue about.  Every trial, and its alignment with justice, fair play, respect for all sides, equality, and law.  Decided by the people who were there/ the people who watched: NO closed doors.  We the people are the law/ we govern ourselves by constitutional agreement, which NO EMPLOYEE can alter or disobey without severe consequences.
Every resource on earth IS OURS, AND BELONGS TO THOSE WHO HAVE YET TO BE BORN!  That means you cannot assault them, without assassinating the future.  To control the resources, it is absolutely necessary to think beyond this moment, and understand what is honestly in the best interest of this entire humanity/ the best interest of life itself.

We absolutely CANNOT HAVE, the media controlled by a tiny few/ that includes the word editor.  Rather what we can have is the presentation of ideas, the investigation of facts, the examination of past, present, and future, the understanding of truth and reality in society as best we can.  The purposes of life, hope, freedom, liberty, law, and so forth: front and center, that we may vote for change, or not; by ourselves.  Instead of delusion, fantasy, greed, and endless want; as is today:   choose DEMOCRACY, “it ain’t for free”/ because there will always be those who thirst for power, pride, selfishness, and want everything they can get, regardless of its cost to the rest. There will always be mistakes.  Pay the people who provide you with the best, respect the people who provide you with substance, honor the people who do the work of democracy for you.  And search for the basic educational means to instruct all the people in fighting for their democracy, their laws, and their lives: so as to know the difference, between liar/ and justice; fool/ and “different”;   failure and thief/ or just stupid.
The money is a separate issue, because it has no relationship to reality in or of itself/ it is simply what we are willing to believe.  Nothing more or less.  So then the question is, WHAT do you believe the money in a society, should be used for?  That question comes after, reality replaces fantasy and delusion with actual numbers that have a distinct truth for humanity and society itself:   such as is gained, when the entire currency available is limited by “only so many numbers” per citizen.  When you have returned the money to reality/ only then is there any truth in what you do beyond that moment. 

To attain power over the employees of government is a very simple process.  Instead of power over you/ apart from murder and imprisonment which are a separate issue.  The power of government employees “is in the money, and making or enforcing laws”.  Take away the making of laws, and that ends.  Take away the money, as is certain with a “legal tax revolt”:   legal only when tied to the demand YOU SHALL OBEY THE CONSTITUTION, and do such things as honor redress of grievances for the people.  Take away the money, and the employee on top will borrow from foreign nations:   CONSEQUENTLY as we the people ourselves/ IT IS absolutely necessary to make the foreign nations believe:   “Don’t loan these employees anything/ or when we regain our democracy, we won’t pay you anything: STAY OUT OF THIS”.  Leaders will “bunch together” to defy this/ and you will make some concessions to the people themselves; if that is fair.  From here, we ask simply:   WHAT WILL HAPPEN, if a legal tax revolt actually occurs?

The question more simply is: what will your beliefs allow, as a society?  Will you let the employees believe they can starve you out? Will you let them believe they can imprison or control you with fear?  Will you let them believe they are invincible, and can send the army to destroy or enslave you all?  Or will you believe of yourselves that as WE THE PEOPLE, who choose to govern ourselves:   WE DO HAVE THE FINAL SAY?       Ask any union person who has been on strike, and it comes down to who is willing to lose more.  What then are you willing to lose/ and what are you willing to do to help each other?  Pride will always say: I want to win/ let the others lose.  It is useless, for life.  Life says: we cannot build anything, unless we have a permanent foundation that allows us to be free enough from threat:  to accept our decisions will have value, both now and in the future.  That does not exist on lies, cannot survive with thieves, refuses to comply when cheated.  So then if you want life to survive, this is not really a choice/ it’s a duty.  That means you cannot count what will be lost, rather you become a soldier as in any war: fighting for what you believe is important enough to risk everything.  Believing that the day will come, when your life or death proves:   “I did do, the best I could, returning some small portion of the time & miracle given to me; for life itself”.  As is true of every war/ some will give too much; others receive too much; others be left out entirely; while the majority generally get substantial relief, for a significant amount of time; if you win.  If you fail, the intent and reality, will be slavery.
We the people means: this is our government, and WE DECIDE, under constitutional law.  That means, instead of a war with guns/ THIS CAN BE A LEGAL WAR: between the citizens of democracy, and their employees.  A demand for redress as is constitutional law/ THE LAW OF THIS DEMOCRACY, AND ITS SOVEREIGN RULER, WHICH IS THE CONSTITUTION ITSELF, over every branch and every employee of our government.  We the people its final interpreters of meaning or design or right, by our vote, for ourselves. That means, it is a true and literal choice: BECAUSE THE LAW, IS ON OUR SIDE!      THE CONSTITUTION:  is our government, not any employee or branch of government. That Means, if that employee refuses to obey the command of OUR GOVERNMENT, the constitution/ they shall be accused of treason, and imprisoned immediately: to be returned to trial only at our discretion.   “IS that NOT, what they just did to you”?

 That means: during a time of inquest as is necessary to investigate and determine the truth of what has been going on/ that  we will,  take control over our resources as a nation, and feed ourselves, etc.  During this time of trial, the fate of this nation:because WE ARE THE MONEY ourselves; its our lives, its our work, its our decision: and you the employee shall obey.  Or in the day we do take back control, I say to you:   “We the people, SHALL judge what you did, or did not do; for us, and for our democracy itself”.  Nobody gets an excuse: CHOOSE for democracy, or be found in prison, or dead/ as a traitor:  we the people decide.  A tax revolt IS the most fundamental method of claiming possession of our nation.
That simple reality DOES take care of the foundation effects caused by redress of grievances.  The LEGAL war then turns to become:   WHAT IS FAIR, WHAT IS TRUE, AND WHO CHOSE AGAINST US!    We do, own the nation!  Simple and plain. 
CRITICAL to understanding the functional reality of our position as people living in "a sickened nation"/ established because of liars, thieves, and fools:   is the fact that we cannot become a police state, and retain our freedom.  As people become forced, or angry enough, "to lash out" against society itself/ the constant is, "we need more police".  Which for a time, can drive the needy or angry into hiding;  but more police means, there WILL be more harassment, more stalking, more imprisonment, and growing resentment.  Which in turn leads to more extreme violence and hatred.  Which in turn leads to civil war and more, because there are so many people at the edge of breakdown.  So many people about to be cast aside:  not "go find a job"/ but go be a slave, without hope for better.  The foundation of a peaceful  and sane society is:  THE RESPECT required to live a life that is peaceful and sane, because harmony exists.  Harmony means:  we share the work and reward together as one/ NOT everyone the same, but everyone has an opportunity and a right to share in a dignified and honorable life, with hope for the future.  NOT slavery to a few, shared responsibility and value to all.  That does require "limited capitalism", and the values of democracy revealed under a fair and legitimate constitution:  EVERYBODY GETS THIS!

As to the more extreme changes that are required; to sustain life on this planet.  The reality is, that we must have different.  Therefore we must allow the composite of women working together, to fundamentally describe “a new version of society”:   so as to move from money first, and its proven consequence of war/ TO LIFE MUST COME FIRST, for the planet itself.  It literally doesn’t matter what they choose, because it cannot be worse than today.  Threatened with extermination from MANY different sources.  Dead is dead/ they cannot do worse than the leaders of today, which plainly are primarily men, and clearly the university diploma. The diploma has proven to be so selfish and so proud, nothing matters but greed, want, jealousy, and pride.  They cannot lead anymore.  Consequently it must be “everyone, particularly women,” working for life.

As to me, the foundations shaken from strictly male, to female in charge, has been a war in many ways.  But the end result is: that the reality of change in me as was required to establish this chance for you; have now born the fruit of my own desire male or female.  You have your chance, to understand this warning is real/ and it was not possible without that influence. I had given up on you/ because I believed time would run out, before I could finish.  The spiritual woman I write about: returned me to the work, by promising for the sake of women, time will be granted, for their decision/ not just men.   Therefore overall, a “good thing”.  But true change came with it:  it is just a different life, not better or worse.  But different;  I no longer care which direction this goes: “NOT costumes and clowns”/ but realities of thought and life.  Not a game, not my decision, BUT, I am thankful for the result of this day.  You do have your chance, time was granted.  Believe whatever you wish. We own the world, all of us/ not just a few.  Which means: it ends or begins anew, as we the people,  demand that to be.  THE LAW IS AN ARMY/ the law does not accept “rulers”.  Nor does it surrender its authority to rules! Only to justice and fair play, everyone the same.  “The courtroom CAN defend us all/ IF, you do not surrender it.”
What you do with your opportunity, is entirely up to you/ I cannot save you, nor did I try.  This opportunity is about my commitment to life itself.  Not time (every individual)/ but life for this planet.  You are, “a participant in that” but so is every other living thing on this planet.  For us all: a reality that confronts us/ a decision that leaves out, not a single life on earth.  The wrong choice here, ends time.  True threats, that can make us extinct, are NOT GAMES.  When did you ever know anyone, who said:  "today I am going to get in an accident and die"?  Rather each believed:  "nothing can go wrong/ or I won't go":   but reality proved them wrong.
It is “your turn now”.  To live with these threats, which can exterminate you:  or REMOVE THEM from our lives.   "It's a choice".  To prepare for the future that is clearly coming, or just pretend and die.

You will believe whatever you want/ but you cannot live beyond what truth will allow.  Lose the water, and you die in a week;  it is disappearing by a trillion gallons or so a year / learn where.  Lose the oxygen from too many fires (7 billion people is roughly one per acre of growing land; each with a fire a day of some kind), and the destruction of creatures and plants that produce oxygen (the ocean is being raped for livestock food/ the trees are disappearing by millions of acres a year) and it will be a slow death, creeping in.  and humanity is growing by 2 million more mouths to feed each week.  Prove the evidence is wrong.
As to believing your leaders:  did they not lie to you for decades about your money, and much more?  Do you really think unemployment is changing for any other reason than people thrown from welfare/ people getting a low paying job, which won’t even pay the bills.  They print more money/ calling it debt:  but its inflation.  Debt just means you don’t get to participate/ only the rich:  inflation is so they don’t have to share.  We are lied to everyday, prove me wrong.  Demand redress:  a clear and accurate accounting of everything in government/ no more hiding, it’s the law.
